Abstract

QUINOLINA COMO INTENSIFICADORES ALOSTéRICOS DOS RECEPTORES GABA-B. A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de fórmula (I), em que R˜a R¬6¬ são como aqui descritos, cujos compostos são ativos no receptor de GABA~B~ e podem ser usados para a preparação de medicamentos úteis no tratamento de distúrbios de CNS, compreendendo ansiedade e depressão.
