Abstract
MéTODO DE SUPRIMENTO DE óLEO DE LUBRIFICAçãO NA LAMINAçãO A FRIO. A presente invenção refere-se a método de suprimento de óleo de lubrificação na laminação a frio pela lubrificação com emulsão, caracterizado por compreender: usar uma constante (eficiência de suprimento) obtida sob condições de uma taxa de laminação específica, suprimento de emulsão, concentração de emulsão, temperatura de emulsão, comprimento da separação e expansão, largura do material laminado ou comprimento do cilindro do rolo, carga de laminação, grau de qualidade do material laminado e tipo do óleo de lubrificação e espessura da película do óleo no momento da lubrificação pura realizada sob as condições especificas de lubrificação da laminação para estimar a espessura da película de óleo realizada pela lubrificação com emulsão sob as condições específicas de lubrificação da laminação, e controlar pelo menos um entre o suprimento da emulsão, concentração da emulsão,temperatura da emulsão e comprimento da separação e expansão de modo que a espessura da película do óleo estimada iguala com a espessura da película do óleo alvo.
