Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇçO DE UMA FORMA FARMACÊUTICA SàLIDA ORALMENTE DISPERSÁVEL, E, FORMA FARMACÊUTICA SàLIDA ORALMENTE DISPERSÁVEL. Um processo para preparar uma forma farmacêutica sólida oralmente dispersável compreende as seguintes etapas: a) revestir o ingrediente ativo com pelo menos um polímero carboxilato hidrofilico, b) granular o ingrediente ativo revestido obtido na etapa (a) com pelo menos um composto lipídico com um ponto de fusão menor que do ingrediente ativo, c) misturar o granulado obtido na etapa (b) com pelo menos um polímero natural hidrofilico com alto peso molecular e d) misturar o granulado obtido na etapa (c) com ingredientes adequados para obter uma forma farmacêutica sólida oralmente dispersável. Uma forma farmacêutica sólida oralmente dispersável compreende um ingrediente ativo revestido com pelo menos um polímero carboxilato hidrofilico e pelo menos um composto lipidico, no qual o dito ingrediente ativo revestido é incorporado em uma matriz que compreende pelo menos um polímero natural hidrofilico com alto peso molecular.
