Abstract
MÉTODO PARA TRANSIÇçO ENTRE CATALISADORES BASEADOS EM ZIEGLER-NATTA E CATALISADORES À BASE DE CROMO. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para transição entre sistemas catalíticos de polimerização, incluindo métodos para transição entre reações de polimerização de olefinas usando sistemas catalíticos Ziegler-Natta e sistemas catalíticos à base de cromo. Entre as modalidades consideradas estão um método de transição de um primeiro catalisador para um segundo catalisador em um reator de polimerização de olefinas, cujo método compreende: adicionar ao reator um agente de desativação (AD) seleciona- do de um dentre monóxido de carbono, dióxido de carbono, ou combinações dos mesmos; adicionar ao reator um agente de adsorçáo de cocatalisador (AAC), o qual compreende um óxido inorgânico selecionado dentre uma de sílica, alumina ou combinações das mesmas; onde o primeiro catalisador compreende pelo menos um catalisador Ziegler-Natta convencional, e um cocatalisador, onde o segundo catalisador compreende pelo menos um catalisador à base de cromo, onde o reator é um reator de leito fluidizado de fase gasosa, e onde o AAC é substancialmente livre de metais de transição. Em uma outra modalidade, considera-se um método de transição de um primeiro catalisador para um segundo catalisador em um reator de polimerização de olefinas, cujo método compreende: adicionar um agente auxiliar de transição (AAT), onde o AAT é selecionado de uma dentre: aminas alcoxiladas, amidas alcoxiladas, ou combinações das mesmas, onde o primeiro catalisador compreende pelo menos um catalisador Ziegler-Natta compreendendo o catalisador, um cocatalisador e opcionalmente um suporte, e o segundo catalisador compreende pelo menos um catalisador à base de cromo.
