Abstract

COMPOSIÇçO DE BORRACHA. Composição de borracha contendo sílica para pneus que compreende: um ingrediente de borracha compreendendo (a) 20-80 p.% de borracha vinil-cis polibutadieno contendo 1,2-polibutadieno tendo um ponto de fusão de 170°C ou mais alto e pelo menos um polímero tendo pelo menos uma ligação dupla insaturada por unidade repetida e selecionada entre polilsopreno, políbutadieno cristalino tendo um ponto de fusão de 150°C ou inferior, polibutadieno líquido, e derivados desses; e (b) 80-20 p.% de borracha dieno de outra maneira o ingrediente (a); e um reforço de borracha (c) compreendendo 40% ou mais de sílica, a quantidade do reforço (c) sendo 40-100 partes por peso por 100 partes por peso da soma das borrachas (a) e (b) Na composição, o 1,2-polibutadieno e o polimero são dispersos nas formas de fibras cristalinas curtas e de partículas, respectívamente, na borracha cís polibutadieno, o que é um ingrediente de matriz na borracha vinil-cis políbutadieno (a) As fibras cristalinas curtas do 1,2-polibutadieno são dispersas nas partículas do polímero.
