Abstract

"USO DE MILHO COM BAIXA TEMPERATURA DE GELATINIZAçãO PARA FABRICAçãO DE PRODUTOS à BASE DE FERMENTAçãO". A presente invenção fornece um método para fabricação de produtos à base de fermentação do milho, tais como etanol e ácido cítrico, onde o amido possui uma temperatura de gelatinização baixa, especificamente uma planta de milho ceroso que é homozigota ou heterozigota para o alelo açucarado-2 recessivo.
