Abstract

SEGMENTAçãO E NIVELAMENTO DE IMAGENS MULTIMODAIS UTILIZANDO DADOS FISIOLóGICOS. A presente invenção refere-se a sistemas a métodos para nivelar mapas com imagens, envolvendo a segmentação de imagens tridimensionais e o nivelamento das imagens com um mapa eletroanatómico utilizando informação fisiológica ou funcional nos mapas e imagens, ao invés de seutilizar apenas informação de localização. Uma aplicação tipica da invenção envolve o nivelmento de um mapa eletroanatómico do coração com uma imagem tridimensional em tempo real pre-adquirida. As caracteristicas tais como tecido cicatrizado no coração, que exibe tipicamente uma voltagem menor do que o tecido saudável no mapa eletroanatómico, podem ser localizadas e delineadas com precisão na imagem tridimensional e no mapa.
