Abstract

TAMBOR DE CONFORMAçãO PARA UMA PEçA EM BRUTO DE PNEUMáTICO. é descrito um tambor de conformação para uma peça em bruto de pneumático compreendendo zonas inferiores formadas de um anel de reforço circular que move-se em rotação em tomo de um eixo XX<39>, compreendendo meios de retenção do talão (2a, 2b) montados opostos um ao outro em um fuso central (1), cada um dos ditos meios de retenção do talão compreendendo um suporte (5a, 5b) montado de forma axialmente móvel em relação ao dito fuso (1), um conjunto de segmentos de retorno (9a, 9b) distribuído circunferencialmente em torno do eixo XX<39>, que circula radialmente entre dois anéis circulares (6a, 7a, 6b, 7b) fixos no suporte (5a, 5b), e compreendendo uma sede de recebimento do talão (10a, 10b), e uma membrana de reviramento (12a, 12b) que pode deslizar sobre a sede de recebimento do talão, ancorada de uma maneira hermética por suas duas extremidades (121a, 122a, 121b, 122b) na circunferência radialmente externa dos anéis circulares (6a, 7a, 6b, 7b) e ancorada mecanicamente por meios adequados (14a,14b) nos segmentos de retomo (9a, 9b) ao longo da linha de ancoragem circunferencial (90<a>). O dito tambor é caracterizado em que a seção da sede de recebimento do talão (10a, 10b) é de forma essencialmente circular com um comprimento desenvolvido L1, e a linha de ancoragem circunferencial da membrana de reviramento (121, 12b) nos segmentos de retorno (9a, 9b) é deslocada axialmente em direção ao centro do tambor em um comprimento L2 relativo à sede de recebimento do talão (l0a, 10b), o comprimento L2 sendo entre 0,7 e 2 vezes o comprimento L1.
