Abstract
DOMìNIOS DE IMUNOGLOBULINA SINTéTICA COM PROPRIEDADES DE LIGAçãO CONSTRUìDOS EM REGIõES DA MOLéCULA DIFERENTES DAS REGIõES DE DETERMINAçãO DE COMPLEMENTARIEDADE. A presente invenção refere-se a método para construção de uma imunoglobulina compreendendo pelo menos uma modificação em uma região de alça estrutural da dita imunoglobulina e determinação da ligação da dita imunoglobulina a um epitopo de um antígeno, em que a imunoglobulina não-modificada não se liga especificamente ao dito epitopo, compreendendo as etapas de: provisão de um ácido nucléico codificando uma imunoglobulina compreendendo pelo menos uma região de alça estrutural, modificação de pelo menos um resíduo de nucleotídeo de pelo menos uma das ditas regiões de alça estrutural, transferência do dito ácido nucléico modificado em um sistema de expressão, expressão da dita imunoglobulina modificada, contato da imunoglobulina modificada expressa com um epitopo e determinação de se a dita imunoglobulina modificada se liga ao dito epitopo, bem como imunoglobulinas modificadas.
