Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM FIO DE MULTIFILAMENTO DE SULFETO DE POLIFENILENO, FIO DE MULTIFILAMENTO DE SULFETO DE POLIFENILENO, E, USO DO MESMO. A presente invenção diz respeito a um processo para produzir um fio de multifilamento de sulfeto de polifenileno, um fio de multifilamento de sulfeto de polifenileno e o uso de um fio de multifilamento de sulfeto de polifenileno. O processo para produzir um fio de multifilamento de sulfeto de polifenileno é caracerizado em que apenas depois do período de tempo entre 0,1 s e 0,3 s depois de deixar a fieira os filamentos da fiação são submetidos a um estágio de esfriamento ativo. O fio de multifilamento de sulfeto de polifenileno tendo urna densidade linear do filamento de 5 dtex a 30 dtex, urna densidade linear global de 500 dtex,: a 2500 dtex, uma tenacidade à ruptura na faixa de 50 cNítex a 80 cN/tex e um alongamento à ruptura de 8% a 16% para um fio com urna tenacidade à ruptura na faixa de 60 cN/tex a 80 cN/tex e um alongamento à ruptura de 16% a 30% para um fio com uma tenacidade à ruptura na faixa de 50 cN/tex a 60 cN/tex.
