Abstract

SEPARADOR COMPOSTO ORGÂNICO/INORGÂNICO POSSUINDO GRADIENTE DE MORFOLOGIA, MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DO MESMO E DISPOSITIVO ELETROQUÍMICO CONTENDO O MESMO. A presente invenção apresenta um separador composto orgânico/inorgânico compreendendo: um substrato poroso possuindo poros; e uma camada ativa porosa contendo uma mistura de partículas inorgânicas e um polímero aglutinante com a qual pelo menos uma superfície do substrato poroso é revestida. O separador composto orgânico/inorgânico da presente invenção pode ser útil para aumentar resistências à descamação e a aranhões e pode melhorar uma característica de laminação pela introdução de uma camada ativa porosa sobre um substrato poroso possuindo poros, a camada ativa porosa possuindo heterogeneidade de morfologia para uma direção de espessura na qual uma taxa de conteúdo do polímero aglutinante/partículas inorgânicas presente em uma camada de superfície é mais alta que aquela do polímero aglutinante/partículas inorgânicas presentes dentro da camada de superfície. Consequentemente, a estabilidade e desempenho de uma bateria podem ser melhorados em conjunto uma vez que a separação de partículas inorgânicas a partir da camada ativa porosa pode ser reduzida durante o processo de montagem do dispositivo eletroquímico.
