Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM PRODUTO DE CONFEITO, E, PRODUTO DE CONFEITO RECHEADO A presente invenção fornece um processo para a fabricação de um produto de confeito recheado com prazo de validade prolongado que compreende pelo menos um componente de atividade em água e pelo menos um componente de atividade em água inferior, cujo processo compreende a pasteurização do produto de confeito sob pressão após hermeticamente vedar dito produto em sua embalagem primária final que fornece uma vedação hermética para o produto. Além do mais, são também fornecidos produtos de confeito recheados obteníveis por este processo.
