Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR CIS-1,4-POLIDIENOS FUNCIONALIZADOS COM ELEVADO TEOR DE LIGAçãO CIS-1,4 E ELEVADA FUNCIONALIDADE". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir cis-1,4-polidienos funcionalizados tendo uma combinação de um elevado teor de ligação cis-1,4 e uma elevada funcionalidade, os polímeros resultantes e os produtos vulcanizados contendo os polímeros. Os cis-1,4-polidienos funcionalizados da presente invenção são produzidos por um método compreendendo as etapas de: (1) preparar um polímero reativo pela polimerização de monómero de dieno conjugado com um catalisador com base em lantanídeo na presença de menos que 20% em peso de solvente orgânico com base no peso total de monómero, solvente orgânico, e polímero resultante, onde o catalisador com base em lantanídeo é a combinação de ou produto de reação de (a) um composto de lantanídeo, (b) um aluminoxano, (c) um composto de organoalumínio diferente de um aluminoxano, e (d) um composto contendo halogênio; e (2) contatar o polímero reativo com um agente de funcionalização.
