Abstract
SUGADOR DE AEROSSOL DE EMULAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um sugador de aerossol de emulação que inclui um conjunto de bateria, um conjunto de atomizador, e um conjunto de frasco de cigarro. Um eletrodo de rosca externa está localizado em uma extremidade do conjunto de bateria. Um eletrodo de rosca interna está localizado em uma extremidade do conjunto de atomizador. O dito conjunto de bateria e o dito conjunto de atomizador estão conectados pelo eletrodo de rosca de parafuso. O dito conjunto de frasco de cigarro é inserido em uma extremidade do dito conjunto de atomizador e ambos formam um corpo do tipo de cigarro ou do tipo de charuto.

CAMPO DA TÉCNICA
A presente invenção refere-se a uma unidade de sugador eletrô- nica, especificamente, um sugador de aerossol de emulação que não con- tém alcatrão apenas nicotina.
ANTECEDENTES DA TÉCNICA
Atualmente quando "fumar é nocivo para a sua saúde" tornou-se senso comum, existem um bilhão de pessoas que fumam cigarrosí e este número ainda está subindo. Em 01 de Março de 2o03, a Organização Mun- dial de Saúde (WHO) emitiu o primeiro banimento de fumo internacional - Convenção Estrutural sobre o Controle de Tabaco. De acordo com os dados da WHO1 fumar causa 4.900.000 mortes a cada ano. Fumar causa sérias doenças do sistema respiratório e cânceres, apesar de ser um trabalho ár- duo persuadir os fumantes de deixar de fumar completamente.
A nicotina é um ingrediente eficaz de cigarro, a qual produz mui- ta névoa de alcatrão conforme o cigarro queima. A névoa de alcatrão acessa os alvéolos pulmonares e é rapidamente absorvida no sangue. A nicotina assim atua sobre o receptor do sistema nervoso central, trazendo a euforia como as drogas estimulantes aos fumantes, que sentem-se leves na cabeça e com asas também.
A nicotina é um alcalóide micromolecular, o qual é basicamente inofensivo para os corpos humanos com uma pequena dosagem. Ainda, o seu período de meia-vida é extremamente curto no sangue. O alcatrão é,a principal substância nociva no tabaco. O alcatrão de tabaco compreende diversos milhares de ingredientes, dezenas dos quais são substâncias carci- nogênicas. Foi agora provado que fumar passivamente é ainda mais nocivo para aqueles que não ftimam.
Para buscar os substitutos de cigarro que não contêm o alcatrão nocivo apenas a nicotina, muitos inventores tem utilizado a nicotina relativa- mente pura para criar tais produtos como o "Adesivo de Cigarro", o "Garga- rejo de Nicotina", um "Aerossol Embalado no Tanque de Alta Pressão com Propelente", a "Goma de Mascar com Nicotina", e a "Bebida de Nicotina". Estes produtos não são tão nocivos como o alcatrão, mas são absorvidos muito lentamente. Como um resultado, a sua concentração de pico não pode ser eficazmente estabelecida no sangue, e os fumantes não podem ser to- talmente satisfeitos. Além disso, os fumantes são privados do hábito de "fu- mar". Portanto, os produtos substitutos não são reais substitutos de cigarro ou produtos que ajudam a deixar de fumar.
CONTEÚDO DA INVENÇÃO
O propósito desta invenção é de prover um sugador de aerossol de emulação que substitui os cigarros e ajuda aos fumantes parar de fumar. Para esta invenção, o aerossol pode ser considerado como gotas líquidas suspensas no ar.
A solução técnica desta invenção é a inovação adicional do mo- delo de utilidade denominado "Cigarro Eletrônico de Aerossol" para o qual o inventor depositou com o Escritório de Propriedade Intelectual de Estado da República Popular da China em 14 de Abril de 2000, com o número de de- pósito 20040031182.0, e o pedido internacional número de PCT/CN2005/ 000337.
O propósito desta invenção é realizado com a seguinte solução: esta invenção inclui um conjunto de bateria, um conjunto de atomizador, e um conjunto de frasco de cigarro. O conjunto de bateria conecta com uma extremidade do conjunto de atomizador, e o conjunto dê frasco de cigarro é inserido na outra extremidade do conjunto de atomizador, assim formando um corpo do tipo de cigarro ou do tipo de charuto.

Sugador de aerossol de emulação de acordo com a reivindi- cação 16, em que o dito corpo de aquecimento é feito de cerâmica micropo- rosa sobre a qual um fio de liga de níquel - cmmo, um fio de liga de ferro - cromo, um fio de platina; alternativamente, este pode ser um componente poroso feito de cerâmica eletricamente condutora ou cerâmica PTC e asso- ciado com um eletrodo sinterizado.
