Abstract
POLÍMEROS FLEXÍVEIS CONTENDO AGENTES DE ACOPLAMENTO DE ESTANHO E COMPOSTOS DE BORRACHA INCLUINDO OS MESMOS. A presente invenção se refere aos polímeros flexíveis, tais como, borracha de polibutadieno ou borracha de estireno-butadieno, que contêm agentes de acoplamento de es- tanho e fornece dispersão desejável de negro de fumo nos compostos de borracha, tal como para uso em bandas de rodagem de pneumáticos. Os agentes de acoplamento de estanho são definidos pelas fórmulas gerais (I) (X~ 3~Sn)~ 2~O ou (II) (X~ 3~Sn) O- (CH~ 2~) ~ n~-O(X~ 3~Sn), onde x é um halogênio e n é 1 a 20. Um método para síntese de polimeros flexíveis, em uma modalidade, envolve mistura de monômeros de dieno conjugados anionicamente polimerizáveis com iniciador de polimerização vinílico aniônico e aromático, isto é, um composto organolitio, para formar uma mistura de polímeros existentes. Um agente de acoplamento de estanho é adicionado à mistura de polímeros existentes, afetando as condições de polimerização, de modo a formar o polímero flexivel acoplado ao estanho. Tais polimeros flexíveis acoplados ao estanho podem ser utilizados nas borrachas da banda de rodagem de pneumáticos onde os polímeros flexíveis podem prover propriedades de uso desejáveis, sem sacrificar substancialmente outras características de desempenho.
