polinucleotídeo, proteína codificada pelo polinucleotídeo, vetor, transformante, métodos para produzir a proteína e para produzir um conjugado glicuronídeo. a presente invenção fornece uma glicuronosiltransferase inédita, um polinucleotídeo que codifica a mesma (por exemplo, um polinucleotídeo compreendendo um polinucleotídeo que consiste na sequência de nucleotídeos nas posições 1 a 1362 na sequência de nucleotídeos representada por seq id no: 7, ou um polinucleotídeo compreendendo um polinucleotídeo que codifica uma proteína com a sequência de aminoácidos representada por seq id no: 8); e assim por diante. podem ser assim fornecidas uma glicuronosiltransferase inédita com uma ampla especificidade de substrato e outras.
