Abstract

SISTEMAS DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE FÁRMACOS COMPREENDENDO FÁRMACOS FRACAMENTE BÁSICOS E ÁCIDOS ORGÂNICOS. A presente invenção é dirigida a composições farmacêuticas, e a métodos de fabricação dessas composições, em que as composições compreendem uma pluralidade de partículas LPT e LR, em que: cada uma das partículas LPT compreende um núcleo revestido com uma camada LPT; o núcleo compreende um fármaco fracamente básico e pouco solúvel e um ácido orgânico farmaceuticamente aceitável separados um do outro por uma camada LS; cada uma das partículas LR compreende o fármaco fracamente básico e pouco solúvel, e libera pelo menos cerca de 80% por peso do fármaco fracamente básico e pouco solúvel em cerca de 5 minutos quando é efetuado o teste de dissolução usando a metodologia de dissolução da Farmacopéia dos Estados Unidos (USP) (Aparato 2 - pás @ 50 RPM e um meio de dissolução em dois estágios a 37°C (primeiras 2 horas em HCl 0,1 N, seguido de teste em um tampão a pH 6.8).
