A presente invenção fornece um composto de Fórmula I, em que as variáveis X1a, X1b, X1c, X1d, Q, A, R1, B, L, E e os subscritos m e n possuem os significados descritos no presente, Em outro aspecto, a presente invenção fornece composições farmacêuticas que compreendem compostos de Fórmula I, bem como métodos de uso de compostos de Fórmula I para o tratamento de doenças e condições (tais como câncer, trombocitemia etc.), caracterizadas pela expressão ou sobre-expressão de proteínas antiapoptóticas Bcl-2, tal como de proteínas Bcl-XL antiapoptóticas.
