MÉTODO, ADAPTADOR PARA SEQUENCIAR ÁCIDOS NUCLEICOS, E, CONSTRUTO DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO E DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO DE FITA SIMPLES PARA USO COMO MOLDE DE SEQUENCIAMENTO. A invenção diz respeito a adaptadores para sequenciar ácidos nucleicos. Os adaptadores podem ser usados para gerar construtos de fita simples de ácido nucleico com propósitos de sequenciamento. Tais construtos podem conter tanto molde de ácido desoxirribonucleico (DNA) quanto de ácido ribonucleico (RNA) de fita dupla.
