Abstract

composto de piperazina capaz de inibir a prostaglandina d sintase e seus usos, bem como composição farmacêutica, inibidor de prostaglandina d sintase e agente compreendendo o referido composto. a presente invenção refere-se a um composto de piperazina representado pela fórmula (i), em que r1 é c1-6 alquila; r2 é hidróxi, c1-6 alquila que pode ter um ou mais substituintes, -(c=o)-n(r3)(r4), ou -(c=o)-or5; r3 e r4 são iguais ou diferentes, e cada um representa hidrogênio ou c1-6 alquila que pode ter um ou mais substituintes, ou r3 e r4, empregados juntamente com um átomo de nitrogênio ao qual r3 e r4 são ligados podem formar um grupo heterocíclico saturado; r5 é hidrogênio ou c1-6 alquila que pode ter um ou mais substituintes; e n é 1 ou 2; ou um sal do mesmo.
