Abstract
implante raquidiano. a invenção se refere a um implante raquidiano (100) que compreende:- uma parte de ancoragem (110) a uma vértebra , que compreende primeiros meios de ligação (112), e - uma parte de montagem (120) que compreende, por um lado, interiormente um alojamento axial (151) destinado a acolher transversalmente uma haste de ligação (30), esse alojamento axial sendo delimitado no lado da parte de ancoragem (110) por um fundo (156) e, por outro lado, segundos meios de ligação (140, 153) que operam junto com os ditos primeiros meios de ligação para formar uma ligação rotular entre a dita parte de ancoragem e a dita parte de montagem. de acordo com a invenção, o implante raquidiano compreende meios de retenção (154) situados na proximidade do fundo do alojamento axial da dita parte de montagem, que são adaptados para fixar um elemento de bloqueio (130) em uma posição fixa dita de bloqueio, na qual a ligação rotular formada pelos ditos primeiros e segundos meios de ligação é bloqueada para tornar as ditas partes de ancoragem e de montagem fixas em rotação uma em relação à outra em torno de pelo menos dois eixos ortogonais.
