patente de invenção:<b>"composição de peptídios para prevenção e tratamento de infecção por hiv e distúrbios imunológicos"<d>. a invenção apresenta peptídios que compreendem uma seqüência homóloga a uma porção do domínio do tipo cdr-2 de cd4, ligada covalentemente a um epítipo de célula auxiliar t, e opcionalmente também a outras seqüências imunoestimuladoras. a invenção apresenta o uso de tais peptídios como imunógenos para resultar na produção em mamíferos de auto-anticorpos policlonais de elevado título, os quais são específicos para o complexo de superfície de cd4. esses auto-anticorpos impedem a ligação de partículas virais do hiv às células cd4+. os peptídios são úteis em composições farmacêuticas, para que se obtenha uma imunoterapia para a infecção de hiv e para a proteção contra a infecção pelo hiv.
