Abstract

Une pompe actionnée par un moteur électrique submersible a une chambre de moteur et une chambre de pompe séparées par une chambre d'étanchéité. Des boîtes d'étanchéité interne et externe (MS1, MS2) immergées dans un fluide tampon d'huile à l'intérieur de la chambre d'étanchéité limitent l'écoulement du liquide de la chambre d'étanchéité dans les chambres de la pompe et du moteur. Un réservoir de fluide tampon pré-pressurisé monté à l'extérieur ou formant une seule pièce (PA) maintient une pression de fluide positive dans la chambre d'étanchéité par rapport à la pression externe au niveau de la hauteur utile et maintient un niveau de fluide tampon approprié à l'intérieur de la chambre d'étanchéité, en vue d'empêcher l'entrée de la matière pompée par la boîte d'étanchéité externe (MS2). Un modèle de turbine unique (631) fait circuler le fluide à l'intérieur de la chambre d'étanchéité dans la zone de la boîte d'étanchéité externe (MS2), ce qui permet une opération de fonctionnement à sec continu, lorsqu'on utilise ledit modèle de turbine avec un modèle de moteur à refroidissement intégral. Un sous-ensemble de chemise d'arbre de cartouche doté d'un palier (3) situé entre les joints interne et externe, facilite la maintenance.
