Abstract

L'invention porte sur un actionneur de porte qui possède un moyen de retenue électrique. Des mises en uvre de la présente invention sont réalisées par un actionneur de porte motorisé (20, 200) qui crée électriquement une force de retenue pour une porte (22) qui s'ouvre. L'actionneur de porte simule la retenue normalement créée par des moyens hydrauliques dans des ferme-portes classiques mais sans utiliser de pistons, de ressorts, ni de fluide hydraulique. L'actionneur de porte comprend un moteur (202, 550) disposé pour se coupler fonctionnellement à une porte, de telle sorte que la porte s'ouvre lorsque le moteur se met en marche, et un capteur de position (120, 240, 510) destiné à déterminer une position de la porte. Un processeur (552) est programmé pour exercer une force de fermeture sur la porte dans la région du moyen de retenue. Dans certains modes de réalisation, la force de fermeture est exercée par l'injection d'une tension dans le moteur électrique de l'actionneur de porte.
