Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer N-substituierten Verbindung der Pyridonreihe.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man     zu    einer  N-substituierten Verbindung der     Pyridon-          reihe    gelangen kann, wenn man     2-Di-          äthylaminoäthoxypyridin-    3 -     carbonsäureani-          lid    durch Erwärmen umlagert.  



  Das entstandene     N-Diätliylaminoäthyl-2-          pyridon-3-carbonsäureanilid    siedet bei 250    unter 0,03 mm Druck. Es ist in organischen  Lösungsmitteln, sowie in Säuren löslich. Das  farblose Monochlorhydrat schmilzt bei 195  .  



  Die neue Base soll für therapeutische  Zwecke Verwendung finden.  



  Beispiel:  2 - Diäthylaminoäthoxypyridin - 3 -     carbon-          säureanilid    wird durch Erhitzen auf etwa  2 M bis 270' umgelagert.



  Process for the preparation of an N-substituted compound of the pyridone series. It has been found that an N-substituted compound of the pyridone series can be obtained if 2-diethylaminoethoxypyridine-3-carboxylic acid anilide is rearranged by heating.



  The resulting N-dietliylaminoethyl-2-pyridone-3-carboxylic acid anilide boils at 250 under 0.03 mm pressure. It is soluble in organic solvents as well as acids. The colorless monochlorohydrate melts at 195.



  The new base will be used for therapeutic purposes.



  Example: 2 - diethylaminoethoxypyridine - 3 - carboxylic acid anilide is rearranged by heating to about 2M up to 270 '.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung einer N-sub- stituierten Verbindung der Pyridonreihe, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-Di- äthylaminoäthoxypyridin-3 - carbonsäureani- lid durch Erwärmen umlagert. Das entstandene N-Diäthylaminoäthyl-2- pyridon-3-carbonsäureanilid siedet bei 205 " unter 0,03 mm Druck. Es ist in organischen Lösungsmitteln, sowie in Säuren löslich. Das farblose Monochlorhydrat schmilzt bei<B>195</B> . Die neue Base soll für therapeutische Zwecke Verwendung finden.
