Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer     N-substitnierten    Verbindung der     Pyridonreiheo       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einer       X.-substituierten    Verbindung der     Pyridon-          reihe    gelangen kann, wenn man     2-Diäthyl-          a.minoäthoxypyrzdin    durch Erwärmen um  lagert.  



  Das entstandene     N-Diäthylaminoäthyl-          2-pyridon    siedet bei 127<B>'</B>unter 1 mm Druck.  Es ist in Wasser und in organischen Lö  sungsmitteln, sowie in Säuren löslich. Das  farblose     Monochlorhydrat    kristallisiert mit  1     Mol    Wasser und schmilzt bei 74  . Wasser  frei schmilzt     es    bei 148  .  



  Die neue Base soll für therapeutische  Zwecke     Verwendung    finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       2-Diäthylaminoäthoxypyridin    wird durch  Erhitzen auf 220 bis<B>270'</B> umgelagert.

  The new base will be used for therapeutic purposes.



  <I> Example: </I> 2-diethylaminoethoxypyridine is rearranged by heating to 220 to <B> 270 '</B>.

<B>PATENTANSPRUCH</B> Verfahren zur Darstellung einer N-sub- stituierten Verbindung der Pyridonreilie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-Diäthy l aminoäthoxypyridin durch Erwärmen um lagert. Das entstandene N-Diäthylaminoäthyl- 2-pyridon siedet bei 127 unter 1 mm Druck. Es ist in Wasser und in organischen Lö sungsmitteln, sowie in Säuren löslich. Das farblose Monochlorhydrat kristallisiert mit 1 Hol Nasser und schmilzt bei 74'. Wasser frei schmilzt es bei 148'.
