Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines trocknenden fetten Öles aus Rizinusöl.         Gegenstand    der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist eine weitere Ausbildung des im Haupt  patent beanspruchten Verfahrens zur Her  stellung eines trocknenden fetten Öls aus       Rizinusöl.     



  Erfindungsgemäss wird als wasserabspal  tender Katalysator eine Alkalibisulfat-Ver  bindung verwendet.  



  Beispiel:  Rizinusöl wird in einem Rührwerkhessel  zusammen mit Natriumbisulfat unter höhe  rem atmosphärischem Druck langsam erhitzt,  wobei die Wasserabspaltung durch das als  Katalysator wirkende Natriumbisulfat be  wirkt wird. Das verdampfende abgespaltene  Wasser wird in einem Kühler kondensiert  und so aus dem Reaktionsgemisch entfernt.  Nach weiterem Erhitzen und Abkühlen wird  das Rühren beendet. Das Natriumbisulfat  kann mit einer neuen Partie Rizinusöl so  gleich unter Rühren nach obiger     Vorschrift     weiter benutzt werden.    Zur katalytischen Wasserabspaltung kann  an Stelle des Natriumbisulfates eine andere  Alkalibisulfat-Verbindung verwendet wer  den, wie Kaliumbisulfat etc.

  According to the invention, an alkali metal bisulfate compound is used as the water-releasing catalyst.



  Example: Castor oil is slowly heated in a stirrer tank together with sodium bisulphate under higher atmospheric pressure, the elimination of water being effected by the sodium bisulphate, which acts as a catalyst. The evaporating water that is split off is condensed in a cooler and thus removed from the reaction mixture. After further heating and cooling, the stirring is stopped. The sodium bisulfate can be used with a new batch of castor oil while stirring according to the above instructions. For the catalytic elimination of water, another alkali metal bisulfate compound can be used in place of sodium bisulfate, such as potassium bisulfate etc.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines trock nenden fetten Öls aus Rizinusöl nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als wasserabspaltender Katalysator eine Alkalibisulfat-Verbindung verwendet wird. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch g o ekennzeichnet, dass als Katalysator Na- triumbisulfat verwendet wird.
