      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 199466.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Nitrofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     Nitrofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch ge  kennzeichnet ist, dass man     4-Aminophenyl-l-          methyltaurin    mit     Pikrylchlorid    kondensiert.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  230 G     ewichtsteile        4.Aminophenyl.1-m        ethyl-          taurin    von der Formel:

    werden unter Zusatz äquivalenter Mengen  Soda in Wasser gelöst.

   Dazu gibt man 136  Gewichtsteile kristallisiertes     Natriumacetat       und 248 Gewichtsteile     Pikrylchlorid    und hält  einige Stunden in schwachem Sieden. Der  abgeschiedene Farbstoff wird in üblicher  Weise isoliert.  



  Das so erhaltene Produkt stellt ein braunes  Pulver dar, das in Wasser mit brauner Farbe  löslich ist 'und Leder in braunen Tönen  gleichmässig durchfärbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Nitrofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Aminophenyl-l-methyltaurin mit Pikryl- chlorid kondensiert. Das so erhaltene Produkt stellt ein braunes Pulver dar, das in Wasser mit brauner Farbe löslich ist und Leder in braunen Tönen gleichmässig durchfärbt.
