Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Aminoalkohols. Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die Darstellung eines Aminoalkohols und ist da durch gekennzeichnet, @daB man N-Acetyl- benzyl-a-aminopropionsäureäthylester in Ge genwart eines Lösungsmittels reduziert. Das so erhaltene d,1-N-benzylalaninol ist mit dem Produkt des Hauptpatentes identisch.
Die neue Verbindung soll nach Trennung in die optisch .aktiven Komponenten und<B>Ab-</B> spaltung .der Benzylgruppe zur Darstellung von optisch aktiven Aminoalk6holen dienen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Zu einer siedenden. Lösung von 124,5 g (0,5 Hol) N-Acetyl-benzyl-u-aminopropion- säureäthylester

in 1 Liter absol. Alkohol fügt man in kurzen Zeitabständen 100 g in Stücke zerschnittenes Natrium und erhält dass Ganze im Sieden, bis alles Natrium gelöst ist.
Nach dem Er kalten auf ca.. <B>70',</B> wird 200 g Eis hinzu <B>gefugt</B> und nach weiterem Abkühlen bis auf ca.<B>30'</B> mit verd. Salzsäure (2 : 1) neutrali siert. Vom aus.ges,chiedenen Kochsalz wird auf der Nutsche abgetrennt und ,der Nutsehen- inhalt mit Alkohol nachgewaschen.
Das Fil trat wird bis zur erneuten Kristallisation von Kochsalz im Vakuum eingedampft, der Rück stand wird mit absol. Alkohol verdünnt, vom Kochsalz auf ,der Nutsche abgetrennt, dieses mit absolutem Alkohol gut nachgewaschen und das Filtrat erneut im Vakuum bis zum Sirup eingedampft. Jetzt wird mit wenig Wasser aufgenommen und darauf mit viel konz. Natronlauge versetzt.
Dabei scheidet sich das Benzylalaninol als @dunkelgefärbtes 01 aus. Es wird in Äther aufgenommen, .die Lösung über Glaubersalz getrocknet. Nach dem Abdestillieren de,s Äthers wird im Vakuum fraktioniert. gp#!o = 15-5 bis 157 . Farbloses, .dickflüssiges, leichtkristallisieren des 01.
Das d,1-N-Benzylalaninol ist mit dem Produkt des Hauptpatentes identisch.

- pATENTANSRRtiCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Amino- alkohols, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man N-A cetyl-benzyl- a -amino-propionsäureätliyl- ester in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels reduziert.Die neue Verbindung ist mit dem Pro dukt des Hauptpatentes identiaeh. .Sie soll nach Trennung in die optisch aktiven Xom- ponenten und Abspaltung der BenzylgruppL zur Darstellung von optiseh aktiven Amino- alkoholen dienen.
