Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz- patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstoffes,dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, -dass man 2-Am.ino-l-phenolocto- decyläther diazotiert und mit 1-O.ynaphth-aa: lin-3,6;disulfon"-äure kuppelt. Der so erhal tene Farbstoff färbt Wolle und Seide aus saurem und neutralem Bade in echten, roten Tönen. <I>Beispiel:</I> 36,1 Teile 2-Amino-l-phenoloctodecyl- äther werden in 100 Teilen Äthylalkohol <B>95%</B> und 35 Teilen konz. Salzsäure gelöst und bei<B>10'</B> mit einer konzentrierten wäss- rigen Lösung von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit di- azotiert. Die Diazoniumverbiudung lässt man zu einer ammoniakalischen Lösung von 30,4 Teilen 1- Ogynaphthalin- 3, 6 -.dsulfonsäure fliessen. Die Kupplung ist in kurzer Zeit be endet. Der Farbstoff wird abfiltriert, gepresst und getrocknet. Er bildet eine .dunkle Masse, die sich in heissem Wasser rot, in konz. Schwefelsäure blau löst.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mono- azofarhstoffe;s,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-Amino-l-phenoloctodecyläther diazo- tiert und mit 1-Ogynaphthalin-.3,6-disulfon- säure kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle und Seide aus saurem und neu tralem Bade in echten, roten Tönen.
