  Verfahren zur Rerstellung eines   protrahiert    wirkenden Präparates aus dem   blutzuckersenkenden    Hormon der Bauchspeicheldrüse.



   Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpatentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, protrahiert wirkenden Präparates aus    dem bintzuckersenkenden : Hormon der Bauch-    speicheldrüse, welches dadurch   giekennzeich-    net ist, dass man das Hormon mit 2-n-Pro  pyloxy-6 . 9-diaminoacridin,    welches als Salz in Wasser gelöst ist, umsetzt. Nach den Feststellungen der Anmelderin tritt das Anion dieses Salzes im Endprodukt nicht auf.



   Das erhaltene Produkt ist zur Verwendung für pharmazeutische Zwecke bestimmt und stellt ein fast farbloses, amorphes, in Wasser sehr schwer lösliches Pulver dar, welches sich auf Zusatz von Säuren löst. Aus dieser Lösung fällt Natronlauge einen Niederschlag aus, welcher bei weiterem Zusatz von Lauge wieder in   Lösung    geht.



   Beispiel:
400   internationaTe    Einheiten des blutzuckersenkenden Hormons der   Bauchspeichel-    drüse werden in 0,5 cm3 n/10 Salzsäure gelöst und 10 mg 2-n-Propyloxy-6. 9-diaminoacridinchlorhydrat in wenig Wasser gelöst zugegeben. Darauf wird mit Wasser auf 8 cm3 aufgefüllt und mit sekundärem Natriumphosphat auf   pn    7 eingestellt und schliesslich mit Wasser auf ein Volumen von 10 cm3 gebracht.  



      PATETANSPRTJCH:   
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines protrahiert wirkenden Präparates aus dem blutzuckersenkenden Hormon der Bauchspeicheldrüse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Hormon mit 2-n-Propyloxy-6. 9-diaminoacridin, welches als Salz in Wasser gelöst ist, umsetzt.

   The product obtained is intended for use for pharmaceutical purposes and is an almost colorless, amorphous powder which is very sparingly soluble in water and which dissolves when acids are added. A precipitate separates out of this solution, sodium hydroxide solution, which goes back into solution with further addition of caustic solution.



   Example:
400 international units of the blood sugar lowering hormone of the pancreas are dissolved in 0.5 cm3 n / 10 hydrochloric acid and 10 mg 2-n-propyloxy-6. 9-diaminoacridine chlorohydrate dissolved in a little water was added. It is then made up to 8 cm3 with water and adjusted to pn 7 with secondary sodium phosphate and finally brought to a volume of 10 cm3 with water.
