Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines aromatischen Carbonsäureamids. Das. vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver fahren zur Darstellung von 2-Cinnamoyl- amino-thiazoll, welches !dadurch gekennzeich net ist, dass man; Cinnamoylchlori@d und 2-Amino-thiazol aufeinander einwirken; lässt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 22 @g 2-Amino-thiazol, .gelöst in einem Gemds,ch von 100 cm' reinem Dioxan und 100 emg Ather werden bei 5-10 langsam in kleinen Portionen .mit einer Lösung von 16,6 g Ginnamoylchlorid in 200 em3 Äther versetzt. Man lässt stehen und trennt den Niederschlag ab.
Es wird zur Entfernung von Amino-thiazolchlorhydrat mit warmem Wasser digexiert und; nach der Filtration noch feucht in 50%igem Alkohol durch Zu gabe von 2-n NaOH gelöst. Die filtrierte Lösung wird aufgewärmt und mit Essigsäure bis zum Verschwinden der .alkalischen Reak- tion versetzt. Die neue Verbindung <RTI

Bei der Analyse werden folgende Resultate erhalten: C,\H"0NeS Ber. N =<B>11,90%,</B> Gei. N = 12,14 % ; 12,26 % .
Die Verbindung <B>s</B>o<B>l</B>l als Ausgangsmaterial für .die Herstellung von. therapeutischen Pro dukten und als Konservierungsmittel ver wendet werden.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2-Cin- namoylamino-thiazol, dadurch gekennzeich- net, dass man Cinnamoylchlorid und 2-Amino,- t.hi.azol aufeinander einwirken lässt. Die neue Verbindung stellt weisse, bieg same Nadeln vom Smp. 243--245 C dar.Sie besitzt die Formel EMI0002.0001 Die Analyse zeitigt folgende Resultate: C12Hlo0N2S Ber. N = 11,90%, Gef. N = 12,14%; 12,26%. Die Verbindung soll als Ausganb material für die Herstellung von therapeutischen Pro dukten und ,als Konservierungsmittel Ver- io wendunb finden.
