Description


  Procédé de préparation d'un nouveau colorant acide     brillant    de la série       anthraquinonique.       Le présent brevet a pour objet un procédé  de préparation d'un nouveau colorant acide  de la série     anthraquinonique,    selon lequel on  condense l'acide     1-amino-4-bromanthraqui-          none-    2,7 -     disulfonique    avec     l'aminocyclo-          hexane.     



  Le colorant ainsi obtenu a pour formule

    Il teint la laine et les     fibres    animales, les  fibres artificielles à base de     superpolyamides     en ton bleu verdâtre vif.         Exemple:     Les parties indiquées sont en poids.  



  On mélange 12,5 parties     d'1-amino-4-          bromanthraquinone-2,7-disulfonate    de potas  sium technique, 6 parties     d'aminocyclo-          hexane,    4 parties de soude caustique<B>33%,</B>  0.2 parties de poudre de cuivre, 80 parties  d'eau; on agite     le    tout, en chauffant     ià    65   pendant 12 heures et en     faisant    passer un  léger courant     d'azote.    La couleur .de la masse  en réaction passe du rouge au bleu. On sépare  le colorant formé selon les méthodes connues.

    Il se présente sous forme de poudre cristal-         line,    se dissolvant en     bleu    verdâtre dans  l'eau, il donne une solution incolore dans       SO,H.    concentré, virant au bleu rougeâtre  intense par adjonction de     p-formaldéhyde.    Il  monte lentement et régulièrement sur la laine  et     les    autres fibres animales, les fibres arti  ficielles à base de     superpolyamides,    en don  nant des     teintures    d'un bleu verdâtre très  pur, résistant bien à l'action de la lumière,  au lavage et ne changeant presque pas de  nuance à la lumière artificielle.

  1. REVENDICATION:- Procédé de préparation d'un nouveau co lorant acide de la série anthraquinonique, se lon lequel on condense l'acide 1-amino-4- bromanthraquinone - 2,7 - disulfonique avec l'hexahydroaniline. Le nouveau colorant correspond ;à la for mule EMI0001.0036 et teint en bleu verdâtre vif les fibres ani males et les fibres artificielles à base de superpolyamides.
