Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Diammoniumverbindung.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Diammo-          niumverbindung.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch       gelzennzeichnet,    dass man auf 1     Mol        1,14-Bis-          (ss-diäthylamino-ätlioxy)-tetradekan        2Mol        3,4-          Diehlor-benzylbromid    einwirken lässt.  



  Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das     1,14-          Bis    -     [f    -     (3',4'-dichlor-benzyl-diäthyl-        ammo-          nittm        )-äthoxy]-tetradekan-dibromid,    schmilzt  bei     144-14511.    Sie soll als Arzneimittel und als       Zwiselienprodukt    für Arzneimittel     Veiiv        en-          deng    finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       -1,2S    Teile     1,14-Bis-(ss-diäthylamino-äthoxy)-          tetradekan    und 4,7 Teile     3,4-Diclilor-ben7yl-          bromid    werden in 20 Teilen     Butanon    etwa 14  Stunden unter Rück     fluss    gekocht.

   Nach Küh  len wird das abgeschiedene rohe     quartäre    Salz    abgetrennt und aus     Butanon        unter    Zugabe  von wenig     Isopropanol    oder Methanol     umlui-          stallisiert.    Hierauf trocknet man bei 50-60   im     Hochvakuum.    Das     1,14-Bis-[ss-(3',4'-di-          chlor-benzyl-diäthyl-ammonium)-äthoxy        ]-tetra-          dekan-dibromid    schmilzt bei 144-145 .
