Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen Polyazofarbstoffes der Stilbenreihe Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer haltigen Polyazofarbstoffes der Stilbenreihe, welches darin besteht, dass man 1 Mol 1,3-Di- oxybenzol mit der Diazoverbindung aus 1 Mol 4-Amino-4'- (4"-oxy-3"-carboxyphenz>1-1"-azo) - 1,1'-stilben-2,
2'-disiilfonsäure vereinigt, hier auf auf das Reaktionsprodukt 1 Mal diazo- tierte 2-Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäure ein wirken lässt und den erhaltenen Polyazofarb- stoff mit kupferabgebenden Mitteln behan delt.
Der neue, kupferhaltige Polyazofarbstoff der Stilbenreihe ist ein braunschwarzes Pulver, (las sich in Wasser mit rotbrauner Farbe löst und Chromvelourleder in lebhaften, rotstichig braunen Tönen färbt.
Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die Teile Gewichtsteile, und die Prozente sind in Gewichtsprozenten angegeben. <I>Beispiel</I> 51.,9 Teile 4-Amino-4'-(4"-oxy-3"-earboxy- plienyl-1"-a7o) -1,1'- stilben - 2,2'- disulfonsäure werden in 1000 Teilen Wasser neutral gelöst und auf 10-15 abgekühlt. Der Lösung der Aminoazoverbindung setzt man unter Rüh ren eine Lösung von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit in 25 Teilen Wasser sowie 30 Teile 30 /oige Salzsäure zu.
Nach beendigter Diazotierung der Aminoazoverbindung lässt man die so er haltene Diazosuspension zu einer eisgekühlten Lösung aus 11 Teilen 1,3-Dioxybenzol, 35 Tei len Natriumcarbonat und 200 Teilen Wasser fliessen. Nach erfolgter Kupplung werden der Reaktionslösung weitere 40 Teile Natriumcar- bonat zugegeben. Alsdann setzt man ihr eine Lösung der Diazoverbindung aus 18,9 Teilen 2-Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäure zu.
Nach beendigter Kupplung wird der entstandene Polyazofarbstoff mittels Natriumchlorid aus der Lösung ausgefällt und dann abfiltriert.
Zur Überführung des Polyazofarbstoffes in die Kupferkomplexverbindung wird der feuchte Filterkuchen in 1200 Teilen Wasser , von 60 gelöst. Der Lösung setzt man 25 Teile Natriumacetat und eine konzentrierte wäs serige Lösung von 25 Teilen kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat zu und rührt die Mischung wäh rend drei Stunden bei 60-70 . Der entstan-. dene kupferhaltige Polyazofarbstoff wird aus der Metallisierungslösung ausgesalzt,
abfil- triert und getrocknet. Er ist ein braunschwar zes Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit rotbrauner Farbe löst und Chromveloiuleder in lebhaf ten, rotstichig braunen Tönen färbt.

Combined 2'-disilfonic acid, here on the reaction product once diazotized 2-amino-1-oxybenzene-4-sulfonic acid is allowed to act and the resulting polyazo dye is treated with copper-releasing agents.
The new, copper-containing polyazo dye of the stilbene series is a brown-black powder, (dissolves in water with a red-brown color and dyes chrome suede in lively, reddish-brown tones.
In the example below, parts are parts by weight and percentages are percentages by weight. <I> Example </I> 51., 9 parts of 4-amino-4 '- (4 "-oxy-3" -earboxy- plienyl-1 "-a7o) -1,1'-stilbene - 2,2' Disulfonic acid is dissolved in 1000 parts of water until neutral and cooled to 10-15. A solution of 7 parts of sodium nitrite in 25 parts of water and 30 parts of 30% hydrochloric acid are added to the solution of the aminoazo compound with stirring.
When the diazotization of the aminoazo compound has ended, the diazo suspension obtained in this way is allowed to flow into an ice-cooled solution of 11 parts of 1,3-dioxybenzene, 35 parts of sodium carbonate and 200 parts of water. After coupling has taken place, a further 40 parts of sodium carbonate are added to the reaction solution. A solution of the diazo compound of 18.9 parts of 2-amino-1-oxybenzene-4-sulfonic acid is then added to it.
When the coupling is complete, the resulting polyazo dye is precipitated from the solution using sodium chloride and then filtered off.
To convert the polyazo dye into the copper complex compound, the moist filter cake is dissolved in 1200 parts of 60 water. The solution is added to 25 parts of sodium acetate and a concentrated aqueous solution of 25 parts of crystallized copper sulfate and the mixture is stirred for three hours at 60-70. The originated. The copper-containing polyazo dye is salted out from the metallizing solution,
filtered off and dried. It is a brownish-black powder that dissolves in water with a reddish brown color and dyes chrome velo leather in vivid, reddish brown tones.
