Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen Polyazofarbstoffes der Stilbenr>We Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herste11üng eines kupfer haltigen Polyazofarbstoffes der Stilbenreihe, welches darin besteht, dass man 1 Mol 1,3-Di- oxybenzo#l mit dem Diazokörper aus 1 Mol der Aminodisazoverbindung der Formel

kuppelt,
auf das Kupplungsprodukt 1 Mol diazotierte 2-Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäure, und hernach 1 Mol diazotlerte 1-Amino-4- nitrobenzol-2-sufonsäure einwirken lässt und den erhaltenen -Polya.zofarbstoff mit. kupfer- abgebenden Mitteln behandelt.
Der neue, kupferhaltige Polyazofarbstoff der Stilbenreihe ist. ein braunschwarzes Pul ver, welches sieh in Wasser mit rotbrauner Farbe löst und Chromvelourleder in lebhaften, braunen Tönen färbt. Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die Teile Gewiehtsteile und die Prozente Gewichts prozente.
Beispiel 64,3 Teile der Aminodisazoverbindung der Formel

werden in Form des Natriumsalzes in 1000 Teilen Wasser gelöst und durch Zugabe einer Lösung von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit in 20 Tei- len Wasser sowie von 30 Teilen 30 %iger Salz- säure bei 10-15 <RTI
ID="0001.0049"> diazotiert. Die Diazosuspen- sion lässt man ztt einer eisgekühlten Lösung aus 11 Teilen 1,3-DioxybenzoT, 40 Teilen Na- triumearbonat und 200 Teilen Wasser fliessen.
Nach erfolgter Kupplung werden der Re aktionslösung weitere 80 Teile Natriumcarbo- nat und hierauf die Diazoverbindung aus 18,9 Teilen 2-Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sidfonsäure zugesetzt. Nach beendigter Kupplung wird der Reaktionslösung die aus 21,8 Teilen 1-Amino- 4-nitTobenzol@2-sulfonsäure hergestellte Diazo- verbindung zugegeben.
Der entstandene Poly- azofarbstoff wird durch Zugabe von Natrium chlorid aus der Lösung ausgefällt und ab filtriert.
Den feuchten Filterkuchen löst man in 1300 Teilen Wasser von 70 . Zu dieser Lösung gibt man 20 Teile Natriuma.eetat und eine konzentrierte wässeAge Lösung von 25 Teilen kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat und rührt die Mischung während 3 Stunden bei 70 . Der kupferhaltige Polyazofarbstoff wird mittels Natriu-mehlorid aus der Lösung ausgefällt, ab- filtriert und getrocknet.
Er ist ein braun- schwarzes Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit rot brauner Farbe löst und Chromvelourleder in lebhaften, braunen Tönen färbt.

After coupling has taken place, a further 80 parts of sodium carbonate and then the diazo compound from 18.9 parts of 2-amino-1-oxybenzene-4-sulfonic acid are added to the reaction solution. When the coupling is complete, the diazo compound prepared from 21.8 parts of 1-amino-4-nitobenzene @ 2-sulfonic acid is added to the reaction solution.
The resulting polyazo dye is precipitated from the solution by adding sodium chloride and filtered off.
The moist filter cake is dissolved in 1300 parts of 70 water. 20 parts of sodium acetate and a concentrated aqueous solution of 25 parts of crystallized copper sulfate are added to this solution, and the mixture is stirred at 70 for 3 hours. The copper-containing polyazo dye is precipitated from the solution using sodium chloride, filtered off and dried.
It is a brown-black powder that dissolves in water with a red-brown color and dyes chrome suede in lively brown tones.
