Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen Polyazofarbstoffes der Stilbenreihe Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer haltigen Polyazofarbstoffes der Stilbenreihe, welches darin besteht, dass man 1 11Zol 1,3-Di- oxybenzol mit der Diazoverbindung aus 1 Mol der Aminotrisazoverbindung der Zusammen setzung

auf das Kupplungsprodukt hierauf 1 1lol diazotierte 2-Amino-1.-oxybenzol-4-sul- fonsäure einwirken lässt, und den erhaltenen Polyazofarbstoff derart mit. kupferabgeben den Mitteln behandelt, dass ein kupferhaltiger Polyazofarbstoff entsteht, welcher auf ein Farbstoffmolekül ein Atom Kupfer komplex gebunden enthält.
Der neue., kupferhaltige Polyazofarbstoff der Stilbenreihe ist ein braunschwarzes Pul ver, welches sich in Wasser mit violettstiehig brauner Farbe löst und Chromvelourleder in dunkelbraunen, schleifechten Tönen färbt.
Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die Teile Gewichtsteile und die Prozente Gewichts- prozente. <I>Beispiel</I> 79,1 Teile der Aminotrisazoverbindung der Formel

werden in Form des Natriumsalzes in 1000 Teilen Wasser gelöst und durch Zugabe einer Lösung von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit in 20 Tei len Wasser und 30 Teilen 30 Ohiger Salzsäure bei 15 diazotiert. Die Diazosuspension lässt man zu einer eisgekühlten
Lösung aus 11 Tei- len 1,3-Dioxybenzol, 40 Teilen Natriiuncar- bonat und 200 Teilen Wasser fliessen.
Hierauf versetzt man die Kupplungslösung mit wei teren 40 Teilen Natriumcarbonat und gibt ihr hierauf die Diazoverbindung aus 18,9 Teilen 2-Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäure zu. Nach beendigter Kupplung wird der erhaltene Poly- azofarbstoff durch Zusatz von Natriumchlorid aus der Lösung ausgefällt und abfiltriert.
Man löst, den feuchten Filterkuchen in <B>1300</B> Teilen Wasser von 70 , fügt der Lösung 20 Teile Natriumacetat und eine konzentrierte wässerige Lösung von 25 Teilen kristallisier tem Kupfersulfat hinzu und rührt die Metal- lnsierungslösung während 2 Stunden bei 65 bis 70 .
Der kupferhaltige Polyazofarbstoff wird durch Zugabe von Natriumehlorid aus der Lösung ausgefällt, von derselben abfil- triert und getrocknet. Er ist. ein braun schwarzes Pulver, welches sich in Wasser mit violettstichig brauner Farbe löst und Chrom velourleder in dunkelbraunen, sehleifechten Tönen färbt.
