mit zwei Mol einer KupplungskGmponp-nt-- oder eines Gem#-,sche-s von Kuppilungskomponenten <U>um</U><B>.</B> Die Ringe<B>A</B> und/oder B in den Formeln sind ge-,gebenenfalls we,itfflub.stituiert,
vorzugsweise durch Halogenatome oder Alkyl-, Alkoxy-, Cyan-, Nitro-, Carbonsäureester- oder Carbonsäureamidgruppen. Besonders gute Farb stoffe erhält man, wenn die Ringe<B>A</B> und B nicht weiter substituiert oder durch Chlor- oder Bromatome oder durch Methyl-, Methoxy-, Nitro-,
Carbonsäiuremethyl- ester- oder Caiibonsäureäthylestergruppen substituiert sind- und weder die Ringe<B>A</B> und B der Tetrazoverbin- dung. noch die Kupplung & komponenten wasserlöslich machende Gruppen enthalten.
Dir, Verbindung der Formel (M, in der die Ringe<B>A</B> und B nicht weitersubstituiert sind, ist bekannt. Ihre Herstellung ist z. Die subistituierten Verbindungen lassen sich entsprechend herstellen. Die Tetriazotierung kann z.
B. liät Hilfe von Nitrosylschwefelsäure in Essig säure oder in anderer üblicher Weise erfolgen. Die Kupplungsreaktion kann bei tiefer Temperatur, z. B. bei<B>0</B> bis<B>15' C,</B> beispielsweise in einem Gemisch aus Propionsäure und F-sss#gsäure durchgeführt werden. Man kann aber auch in andern organischen Lösungs- nütteln kuppeln, z' B. in Pyridin oder Dioxan oder in Gemischen: organischer Lösungsmiltel.
Alla in der Chemie- der Azofarbstoffe Üblichen Azo- komponenten lassen sich verwenden. Besonders gut ge- eignetsind Verbinduagen, die eine iduTch zwei Carbonyl- gruppen eingeschlossene Methylengruppe enthalten, z.<B>3.</B> Acetoacetyl#aminoibenizole,
-uaphthaline oder -alkane. In den Aceteacetylanünabenzolen kann der Benzolrest durch nicht wasserlöslich machende Substi- tuenten, beispielsweise durch Halogenatome, Alkyl-, Alkoxy-# Amino-, Carbonamid-, Carbonester-, Sulfon amid-, Nitro-" Cyan-, Trifluormethyl- oder Alkyl- oder Arylsuffc>nylgruppen substituiert sein,
in denen die All,kylrr,stc z. B.<B>1</B> bis<B>6</B> und vorzugsweise<B>1</B> bis 2 Koh- lenstoffatome enthalten. Die Aminogruppen können acyliert und die Amidwa-sser & toff atome substituiert sein. In den Acotoacetylaminonaphthalinen kann sich die Acoto,acetylaminogmppe in a- oder fl-Stellung des Naphthalinringe,s befinden. Dieser Ring kann ebenfalls weltersubstituiert sein, z.
B. durch Halogen, Alkyl oder Alkoxy. Die Alkanreste in den Acetoacetylaminoalkanen schliesslich enthalten vorzugsweise<B>1</B> bis<B>5</B> Kohlenstoff- atome un4 können geradkettig oder verzweigt sein. Fer ner<U>kann</U> man die bekannten Hydroxy- oder Amino- naphthalinir, als Azokomponenten verwenden, z. B. 2,Hydroxynaphthaline, die z.
B.- durch Carbonamid- gruppen substituiert sind. In diesen können die Amid- wasserstoff atome erseitzt sein.
Hierzu zählen beispiels weise die Carbonsäureanilid- oder Carbonsäurenaph- thanilidgruppe. Auch die als Azokomponenten bekannten S-Pyrazolone lassen sich verwenden, besonders die in 1-Stellung, durch Arylreste und in 3-Stellung durch Carbonamid-, Carbonester-,
Alkyl- oder Trifluormethyl- gruppen substituierten 5-Pyrazolone. Alle diese Azo- komponenten können in Arylresten und vorzugsweise in Phenylrest wasserunlösliche Substituenten, z. B. Halogenatome oder Cyan-, Nitro-, Alkyl-, Alkoxy-, Carbonester-, Carbonamid- oder Acylaminogruppen, z.
B. die Acetylamino- oder Benzoylaminogruppe, tragen.
Die neuen Farbstoffe werden, wenn sie in Wasser unlöslich isind, durch mechanische Behandlung, z. B. mit Hilfe von Mühlen oder Walzemtühlen, gegebenen falls<U>zusammen</U> mit Dispergiermitteln, z. B. Kondensa tionsprodukten aus Naphthulinsulfonsäuren und Form aldehyd, zu Pigmentteigen verarbeitet. Diese können als solche verwendDt werden,doch <U>kann</U> man sie auch, z. B. durch Zerstäuben, troclmen und das erhaltene Pulver mahlen. Die neuen Pigmente sind in den gebräuchlich- siten Lösungsmitteln praktisch unlöslich.
Sie eignen sich z. B. zum Färben von Papier in jder Masse und von Kunststoffmass,en, worunter lösiung gismittelfreie und lö- sungsmittelhalti,ge Massen aus Kunststoffen oder Kunst harzen verstanden werden, von trocknenden Ölen oder Kautschuk, sowie zum Bedrucken von Textilien und Papier.
Die erhaltenen Färbungen sind hervorragend lichtecht, haben eine gute bis sehrgute Wasch-, Chlor bleich-, Hypochloritblcich-, überfarbe-, Blindküpen-, Hydrosulfit-, PeroxydUeich-, Trockenreinigungs-, Reib-, Aegrations-, überlackier- und Lösungsmittelechtheit und zeichnen sich durch gute Transparenz und Hitzebestän digkeit aus.
Die in den folgenden Beispielen genannten Teile be deuten Gowichtsteile -und die Prozente Gewichtspro- zente. Die Temperaturen sind in Celsiusgraden angege ben.
<I>Beispiel<B>1</B></I> In eine aus<B>100</B> Teilen konzentrierter Schwefelsäure und 14 Teilen Natriunmitrithergestellte NitrosyIschwe- felsäure werden bei<B>0-5' 29,8</B> Teile Bis-(3,4,3',4#- am,mothiazol)-diphenyl eingetragen. Anschliessend lässt man bei<B>0-5'</B> 400 Teile Essigsäure zutropfenund da nach 2 Stunden reagieren. EingeTilger Nitritüberschuss wird mit Amidosulfonsäure zerstört.
Die so erhaltene TetrazolÖsung vereinigt man mit einer Lösung aus 54,3 Teilen 1-Acsstoacetylamino-2,5.idimethoxy-4-cMorbenzol .in<B>1.000</B> Teilen Essigsäure, und 200 Teilen Propionsäure bei<B>5'.</B> Nach zweistündigem. Rühren wird mit Natrium- acetat kongoneutral gestellt, mit Wasser verdünnt fil- triert, salzfrei gewaschen und getrocknet. Mit del# er haltenen Pigment kann Polyvinylchilorid in orangen Tö nen licht und migratiortsecht gefärbt werden.
Verwendet man anstelle von 1-Awtoacetylamino- 2,5-d-imethoxy-4-r,hlor,benzol die äquimalekulare Menge l,Acetoacetylamin,D--2-äthoxy-benzol, l,Azetoa,or,tylamino-4,methoxy-,benzol, 1-Acetoacetylanuno4-athoxy-benzol, -1,Acetoacetylamino-2-m-othoxy-5-äthyl-ben'zA 1-Acetoacetylammo-2,5-diäthoxy-#benwl, 1-,Acetoacetylamino-2-methyl-,ben,zol, 1-Acetoavetylamino-2,4-dünethyil-#benzol oder l,Acetoacotylamino,ibenzol, so erhält man gelbe, Pigmentfarbstoffe, die z.
B. zum Färben von Polyvinylchlorid in der Masse geeignet sind.
<I>Beispiel 2</I> 41,4 Teile 1-Aartaacetylamino-2-mrthoxybenzol werden in<B>1000</B> Teilen Essigsäure und 200 Teilen Prop- ionsäuregelöst. Zu der filtrierten Lösung fegt man eine nach den Angaben im Beispiel<B>1</B> aus<B>36,7</B> Teilen Bis- (3,4,3',4'-aminothiazoil)-5,5',chch#lorphenyel hergestellte Tetrazolösung und arbeitet auf, wie dort beschrieben wurde. Man erhält ein pulverförmiges gelbes Pigment.

Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRÜCHE I. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ixazofarbstoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Mol eines tetr- azotierten Diamins der Formel EMI0003.0008 in der die Ringe<B>A</B> und/oder B weitersubstituiert sein können, mit zwei Moleiner Kupplungskomponente oder eines Gemisches von Kupplungskomponenten umsetzt.II. Verwendung der nach dem Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch<B>1</B> hergestellten Farbstoffe zum Färben von Kunststoffmassen, UNTERANSPRÜCHE <B>1.</B> Verfahren nach Patentanspruch I, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass ein von wasserlöslich machenden Gruppen freies tetrazotiertes Diamin mit einer ebensol chen Kupplungskomponente umgesetzt wird. 2.Verfahren nach Patentanspruch I, dadurch ge- kenn eichnet, dass ein tetrazotiertes Diamin der For mel (II), in der die Ringe<B>A</B> und B durch Halogenatonie oder Alkyl-, Alkoxy-, Nitro-, Carbonsäureester- oder Carbon-säure,amid,gr#upp,en substituiert sind, umgesetzt wird.
