BESCHREIBUNG Die Erfindung betrifft 9,10-Phenanthrendion-Derivate, Verfahren zur Herstellung davon und diese Verbindungen enthaltende fungizide Mittel.

Gegenstand der Erfindung sind neue 9,10-Phenanthrendion-Derivate der allgemeinen Formel I

m worin R Cj.joAlkylamino, C!_10 Alkylthio, Ci_sAlkoxy, Phenyl oder Phenylamino bedeutet, wobei die letzteren Gruppen am Phenylring gegebenenfalls einen oder mehrere, identische oder verschiedene C^ Alkyl, C^Alkoxy, Nitro, Amino, Cyano oder Halogen-Substituenten tragen.
Der Ausdruck «Alkyl» bezieht sich auf geradkettige oder verzweigte Alkylgruppen, z. B. Methyl, Äthyl, n-Propyl,Isopro-pyl, n-Butyl usw. Unter dem Ausdruck «Alkoxy» sind geradkettige oder verzweigte Alkoxygruppen zu verstehen, z. B. Methoxy, Äthoxy, n-Propoxy, Isopropoxy usw. Der Ausdruck »Halogen« umfasst Fluor, Chlor, Brom und Jod.
R als noAlkylamino steht vorteilhaft für Methylamino, Äthylamino, n-Propylamino odern-Butylamino.Rals Ci_10 Alkylthio bedeutet vorzugsweise Methylthio, n-Propylthio, n-Butylthio oder n-Octylthio.
R als C,_j Alkoxy steht vorteilhaft für Methoxy oder Äthoxy.
R als gegebenenfalls substituiertes Phenyl bedeutet vorzugsweise Phenyl, welches gegebenenfalls einen oder zwei Methyl, Äthyl, Methoxy, Äthoxy, Cyano, Chlor oder Brom-Substituen-ten tragen kann.
R als gegebenenfalls substituiertes Phenylamino bedeutet vorzugsweise Phenylamino, welches gegebenenfalls einen oder zweiMethyl, Äthyl, Methoxy, Äthoxy, Cyano, Chlor oder Brom-Substituenten tragen kann.
Besonders vorteilhafte Vertreter der erfindungsgemässen VerbindungensinddiefolgendenDerivate:9,10-Phenanthren-dion-9-methylamincarbonyl-oxim;9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-(n-butylaminocarbonyl)-oxim.
Die neuen erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I besitzen wertvolle fungizide Eigenschaften und sind gegen sämtliche humanpathogene Fadendermatophytone (Tri-chophytone, Epidermophyton, Microsporone) und eine sehr grosse Anzahl von pflanzenpathogenen Pilenstämmen (Fusarium, Helminthosporium, Sclerotinia, Nigrosporausw.) wirksam. Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I können sowohl an Blättern als auch im Wasser und am Boden eingesetzt werden.
Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I besitzen ein breites fungizides Wirkungsspektrum, wie z. B. das bekannte N-(Trichlormethylthio)-phthalimid und bis (Dimethyltiocarba-moyl)-disulfid. Die in vitro Wirkung der erfindungsgemässen neuen Verbindungen ist derselben Grössenordnung wie dieselbe der bekannten Mittel; die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I sind jedoch in vivo den bekannten Mitteln überlegen.
Die hervorragenden Vertreter der Verbindungsgruppe der allgemeinen Formel I gewähren in Form einer 0,05-1,0% Wirkstoff enthaltenden Spritzbrühe in vivo einen ausgezeichneten Schutz gegen Getreidemehltau, Gurkenmehltau, Petersilien-. mehltau und Rübenmehltau. Die Wirkung ist mit der Aktivität des bekannten Benomyls[Methyl-l-(butylcarbamoyl)-2-benzi-midazol-carbamat] derselben Grössenordnung. Eine Behandlung von Bohnenpflanzen mit einer 0,05 % Wirkstoff enthaltenden Spritzbrühe gibt einen vollständigen Schutz gegen Bohnenrost (Uromyces apperdiculatus) .Die Schutzwirkung gegen die letztere fungale Pflanzenkrankheit ist derselben Grössenord-5 nung wie die Wirksamkeit des bekannten Pflanzenschutzmittels Dithane [Wirkstoff: (Mangan + Zink)-äthylen-bis-dithiocarbamat].
In den verwendeten Konzentrationen sind die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen gegen die Testpflanzen nicht phytoto-io xisch.
Die fungizide Wirksamkeit der erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen wird in vitro nach dem folgenden Testversuch bestimmt: 1,0,0,4,0,2 und 0,1 Mengen einer 5%igen alkoholischen Lösung des Wirkstoffes werden mit 50 ml eines Sabouraud-Agarnähr-15 bodens einheitlich vermischt. Nach Verfestigung des Nährbodens wird die Oberfläche mit der Sporensuspension der Test-Fungistämme inokuliert.

Die Wirksamkeit der Testverbindungen (Konzentration in derPetri-Schale 100,40,20 bzw. 10 ng/ml) wird nach fünftägiger Inkubation in einem Thermostat, Temperatur +28 °C, bestimmt. 40 Die wirksamsten Vertreter der Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, die nach den Beispielen 1,4,5,7 und 8 hergestellten Derivate, zeigen an den meisten Fungistämmen, insbesondere an den Trichophyton, Monilia und Helminthosporium-Stämmen, in einer Konzentration von 10-20|i/ml eine fungistatische Wirkung. 45 Dagegen sind die als Vergleichssubstanz verwendeten Handelsprodukte N-(Trichlormethylthio)-phthalimid und bis (Dimethyl-thiocarbamoyl)-disulfid erst in einer Konzentration von 40-100(i/ ml wirksam.
Weiterhin wurde die fungizide Wirksamkeit der Verbindun-50 gen der Beispiele 2,3,6,9 und 10 nach der oben beschriebenen Methode bestimmt. Die erhaltenen Resultate sind in der nachfolgenden Tabelle aufgeführt. Die Abkürzungen für die Organismen bedeuten

Die in vivo Wirksamkeit der erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen wird gegen Getreidemehltau bestimmt.
Die Versuche werden gegen Getreidemehltau in Phytoboxen des Typs «Conviron» bei einer Temperatur von 20 °C, unter einem relativen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von 90% und einer Lichtstärke von 9000 Lux durchgeführt. Als Wirtpflanze wird die staatlich qualifizierte Weizensorte «MV-4» eingesetzt. Die Weizenpflanzen werden in ötägigen Perioden, in Gefässen (Durchmesser 11 cm) in einer 1:1 Mischung von Sand und Perlit angebaut. Die Zahl der Weizenpflanzen beträgt 160 pro Gefäss; die Pflanzenhöhe am Anfang des Versuches ist 5-6 cm. Aus den Testverbindungen werden hochdisperse wässrige Suspensionen oder acetonische Lösungen hergestellt und je 8 ml dieser Präparate werden unter Anwendung von mit Stickstoff operierenden Sprühgeräten auf die Pflanzen aufgebracht. Die Inokulierung wird 24 Stunden nach der fungiziden Behandlung durchgeführt. Die Versuchseinheiten werden in drei Wiederholungen in zufälliger Blockanordnung im Phytotron angeordnet. Die Mehltauinfi-ziertheit wird am 8. Tag nach der Inokulierung bestimmt. Die zahlenmässige Bewertung erfolgt mit Hilfe der Methode von Hinfner und Papp; es werden 50-60 Pflanzen je Versuchseinheit einzeln untersucht.
Die unbehandelten Kontrollen zeigen eine sehr hohe Infi-ziertheit; die meisten Pflanzen sind infiziert und etwa 30-40% der Pflanzenoberfläche ist von der Mehltau betroffen.
Die als Vergleichsmaterial eingesetzten Handelsprodukte l-Butylcarbamoyl-benzimidazol-2-methyl-carbamat und 6-[l-Methyl-heptyl-2,4-dinitrophenyl-crotonat] sind unter den gleichen Versuchsbedingungen den erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen [insbesondere den nach den Beispielen 7 und 8 hergestellten Derivaten] in ihrer fungiziden Wirkung klar unterlegen.
Die Ergebnisse werden als die ED50 und ED90 Werte der Testverbindungen ausgedrückt und aus den Wirkung-Konzen-tration Korrelationen mit Hilfe von mathematischen-biometri-schen Methoden berechnet. Als ED50 bzw. ED90 Werte der Testverbindungen werden jene Konzentrationen des Wirkstoffes [in ppm] betrachtet, welche die Mehltauinfiziertheit der Testpflanzen gegenüber der unbehandelten Kontrolle um 50% bzw. 90% herabsetzen.
Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse werden in der Tabelle I zusam-mengefasst.

Ein weiterer Versuch wird an Bohnenpflanze gegen Bohnenrost [Uromyces apperdiculatus] durchgeführt; Testpflanze: Bohnenpflanze Sorte «Pinto». Es werden 3 Samen je Gefäss in eine 1:0:0,035 Mischung von Sand, Perlit und Superkompost gesät.

Nach 7-9tägigem Voranbau im Gewächshaus werden die Pflanzen in zweiblättrigem Zustand mit der Testverbindung behandelt 15 und danach inokuliert [infiziert]. Die Sporensuspension wird in einer Konzentration von 0,1 g/10 ml eingesetzt und jedes Gefäss wird mit 2,5 ml der Sporensuspension behandelt. Nach der Inokulation werden die infizierten Pflanzen 48 Stunden lang bei 20 °C unter einem relativen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von 100% gehal-20 ten. Die Symptome entwickeln sich am 7:-8. Tag nach der Infektion. Es werden 3 Wiederholungen durchgeführt; neben der unbehandelten Kontrolle werden auch Referenzversuche mit dem Handelsprodukt «Dithane M-45» vorgenommen.
Die Versuchsergebnisse zeigen, dass das Handelsprodukt 25 Dithane M-45 [in Form einer Spritzbrühe mit einer Konzentration von 500 ppm] die Bohnenrostinfiziertheit um 70-80% verhindert, wobei die wirksamsten Vertreter der Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I [die nach den Beispielen 7 und 8 hergestellten Verbindungen] eine Hemmwirkung von 100% ausüben.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind weiterhin fungizide Präparate, die als Wirkstoff in einer wirksamen Menge mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I [worin R die obige Bedeutung hat] und inerte, feste oder flüssige, übliche Träger enthalten.
Die Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I können in in der Pflanzenschutzmittelindustrie üblichen Formen [z.B. Staubmittel, Pulvermischungen, netzbare Pulver, ölige Spritzbrühen, wässrige Spritzbrühen, emulgierbare Konzentrate, Granalien, mikronisierte Granalien usw.] formuliert werden.
Die erfindungsgemässen fungiziden Präparate können neben dem Wirkstoff der allgemeinen Formel I feste Träger, flüssige Verdünnungsmittel und weitere Hilfsstoffe enthalten.

B. Soja, Weizen, Holz, Nussschale, Sägemehl, Kleie, Baumrinde, pflanzliche Extraktionsrückstände, 50 Stärke, kristalline Zellulose]; polymere Pulver [z. B. Polyvinylchlorid, Dammarharz, Ketonharz usw.] ; faserige Produkte [z. B. Papier, Wellplattenpulver, Abfallfetzen] ; chemische Dünger [z. B. Ammoniumsulfat, Harnstoff, Ammoniumchlorid usw.], Tonerde oder Wachs.

Methanol, Äthanol, Isopropanol, Äthylenglykol, Polyäthylenglykole, Benzylalko-hol], aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe [z. B. Benzol, Xylol, Toluol, Methylnaphthalin], aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe 60 [z. B. Chloroform, Kohlenstofftetrachlorid, Chlorbenzol, Tri-chloräthylen, Dichlormethan usw.], Äther [z.B. Diäthyläther, Diisopropyläther, Dioxan,Tetrahydrofuran, Äthylenglykol-äthyläther], Ketone [z. B. Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Cyclo-hexanon], Ester [z. B. Äthylacetat, Äthylenglykolacetat], Säu-65 reamide[z. B.N,N-Dimethylformamid], Nitrile [z. B. Acetoni-tril] oder Sulfoxyde [z. B. Dimethylsulfoxyd].
Die erfindungsgemässen fungiziden Mittel können weitere Zusatz- bzw. Hilfsstoffe enthalten, wie Bindemittel und/oder
Dispergierungsmittel [z. B. Gelatine, Kasein, Natriumalginat, Carboxymethylzellulose, Stärke, Lignosulfonat, Bentonit, Poly-oxypropylenglykoläther, Polyvinylalkohol, Tannenöl, Paraffin], Stabilisierungsmittel [z. B. Isopropylphosphat, Tricresylphos-phat, Tallöl, epoxydierte Öle, oberflächenaktive Mittel, Fettsäuren, Ester von Fettsäuren], Emulgierungsmittel [z. B. Alkylsul-fonate, Polyoxyäthylenalkylsulfonate, Alkylarylsulfonate, Poly-äthylenglykolalkyläther, Polyoxyäthylenalkylaryläther] ,Netz-mittel[z. B. Dodecylbenzolsulfonat, Laurylsulfonat, Salze von Alkylnaphthalinsulfonsäuren].
Die erfindungsgemässen Mittel können neben dem Wirkstoff der allgemeinen Formel I weitere biologisch aktive Substanzen enthalten, z.B. Vermehrungsmittel und/oder andere fungizide Wirkstoffe, wie Aluminiumtrisjathylphosphonat], 2-Amino-butan, 4,6-Dichlor-[2-chloranilino]-l,3,5-triazin, 2-Jod-benzani-lid, Methyl-l-[butylcarbamoyl]-2-benzimidazol-carbamat, 1,4-Benzochinon-l-benzoyl-hydrazon-4-oxim, 2-sek. Die erfindungsgemässen Mittel können neben dem Wirkstoff der allgemeinen Formel I auch insektizide Wirkstoffe enthalten, z. B. 2-Methoxy-4H-l,3,2-benzodioxa-phosphorin-2-sulfid, [5-Benzyl-3-hydroxymethyl-furan]-d-trans-chrysanthemat, 3-Phenoxy-benzyl-chrysanthemat, 0,0-Diäthyl-l-[2,4-dichlor-phenyl]-2-chlorvinyl-phosphat,2,2-Dimethyl-3-[2,2-dichlorvi-nyl]-cyclopropancarbonsäure-a-cyan-2-phenoxy-benzyl[-ester, 0,0-Diäthyl-0-]2-isopropyl-4-methylpyrimidinyl]thiophosphat, 2,3-dihydro-2,2-dimethyl-7-benzofuranyl-N-methylcarbamat usw.
In den obigen Kombinationspräparaten wird die Wirksamkeit keiner der einzelnen Komponenten herabgesetzt, so dass diese Mittel zur gleichzeitigen Bekämpfung von zwei oder mehr Schädlingen [Fungi, Insekte] fähig sind. Die erfindungsgemässen Mittel können weiterhin andere biologisch aktive Wirkstoffe enthalten, wie z. B. zur Bekämpfung von Fadeninsekten und Motten geeignete Mittel [wie Bernsteinsäure-2,2-dimethyl-hydrazid, 2-Chloräthyl-trimethyl-ammoniumchlorid,2-Chloräthyl-phosphonsäure, 1,1-Dimethyl-piperidinium-chlorid] oder Düngemittel.
Der Wirkstoffgehalt der erfindungsgemässen fungiziden Mittel kann innerhalb von breiten Grenzen variiert werden und im allgemeinen zwischen 0,001 Gew.-% und 95 Gew.-% - vorteilhaft zwischen 5 Gew.-% und 90 Gew.-% - liegen. Die vorteilhaft anwendbare Wirkstoffdose beträgt im allgemeinen 100-1000 g/ha. Die Konzentration der gebrauchsfertigen Präparate beträgt im allgemeinenO,01-0,1 Gew.-%. Der Wirkstoff kann auch in Form von zur Lagerung und Transportierung besonders geeigneten Konzentraten formuliert werden, welche vor

Gebrauch durch Verdünnung in die gebrauchsfertigen Mittel geeigneter Konzentration überführt werden können. Der Wirkstoffgehalt der Konzentrate beträgt im allgemeinen 10-90 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 20-60 Gew.-%.
Die Dosis des Wirkstoffes und die Konzentration des fungiziden Mittels hängt von mehreren Faktoren [z.B. Form des Präparates, Art und Weise und Stelle der Anwendung, die zu bekämpfende Pflanzenkrankheit, die Wirtpflanze usw.] ab und kann deshalb sowohl unterhalb als auch oberhalb der obigen Grenzen hegen.
Die erfindungsgemässen fungiziden Mittel können nach an sich bekannten Methoden der Pflanzenschutzmittelindustrie hergestellt werden.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind weiterhin pharmazeutische Präparate antifungaler Wirkung, welche als Wirkstoff mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I enthalten.
Die erfindungsgemässen pharmazeutischen Präparate können nach an sich bekannten Methoden der pharmazeutischen Industrie hergestellt werden.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, worin R die obige Bedeutung hat, indem man a) zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, worin R Q.io Alkylamino oder gegebenenfalls einen oder mehrere, identische oder verschiedene Alkyl, CM Alkoxy, Nitro, Amino, Cyano oder Halogen-Substituenten tragendes Phenylamino bedeutet, 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-oxim der Formel II

Nach der Methode a) des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens wird das 9,10-Phenanthrendion-monoxim der Formel II mit einem Isocyanat der allgemeinen Formel IV umgesetzt. Die Umsetzung kann vorteilhaft in einem inerten organischen Lösungsmittel durchgeführt werden. Als Reaktionsmedium können aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe (z. B. Benzol, Xylol),
Äther (Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxan) oder halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe (z. B. Chloroform, Dichloräthan oder Kohlenstofftetrachlorid) eingesetzt werden. Die Reaktion kann vorzugsweise unter wasserfreien Bedingungen vollzogen werden. Dem Reaktionsgemisch können gegebenenfalls nukleophile Katalysatoren zugegeben werden. Zu diesem Zweck eignen sich tertiäre Amine (z.B. N-Äthyl-piperidinoderTriäthylamin). Die Reaktion kann bei einer Temperatur zwischen 0 °C und 35 °C durchgeführt werden, man kann vorzugsweise bei Raumtemperatur arbeiten. Die Reaktion verläuft binnen 0,5-6 Stunden. Arbeitet man bei Raumtemperatur, beträgt die Reaktionszeit 1-3 Stunden.
Nach der Methode b) werden als Ausgangsstoff vorteilhaft Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel V verwendet, in welchen Hlg für Chlor steht. Das 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-oxim der Formel II kann auch in Form eines Alkalimetallsalzes [z.B.
Natrium- oder Kaliumsalzes] oder Erdalkalimetallsalzes [z. B. Calcium- oder Magnesiumsalzes] der allgemeinen Formel III davon eingesetzt werden. Das Natriumsalz hat sich als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen. Die Reaktion kann in einem inerten organischen Lösungsmittel durchgeführt werden. Als Reaktionsmedium kann z.B. Aceton, Dioxan oder Dimethylformamid dienen. Die Reaktionstemperatur beträgt 0-100 °C, vorzugszweise 10-70°C.
Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Methode b) wird das 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-oxim der Formel II in einem dipolaren aprotischenLösungsmittel [z. B. Acetonitril, Dimethylformamid, Dimethylacetamid, Dimethylsulfoxyd], gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines weniger polaren aprotischen Lösungsmittels [z. B. Pyridin, Dioxan oder Benzol] mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel V 0,5-10 Stunden lang-insbesondere 1,5-3 Stunden lang - umgesetzt.
Nach der Methode c) des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens wird das 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-oxim der Formel II oder ein Alkalimetallsalz [z.B. Natrium- oder Kaliumsalz] oder Erdalkalimetallsalz [z. B. Calcium-oder Magnesiumsalz] der allgemeinen Formel III davon mit einem Acylierungsmittel der allgemeinen Formel VI umgesetzt. Als Ausgangsstoff können vorzugsweise Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel VI verwendet werden, in welchen X Halogen [z.B. Chlor oder Brom], Alkyl-sulfonyloxy [z. B. Methansulfonyloxy] oder Arylsulfonyloxy [z. B. Phenylsulfonyloxy.p-Methyl-phenyl-sulfonyloxy oderp-Brom-phenylsulfonyloxy] bedeutet. Die Reaktion kann in einem inerten organischen Lösungsmittel durchgeführt werden. Als Reaktionsmedium können in Abhängigkeit vom Charakter der austretenden Gruppe X apolare aprotische Lösungsmittel [z.B. Dioxan, Benzol, Chloroform, Kohlenstofftetrachlorid] oder protische Lösungsmittel [wie Formamid, Essigsäure oder Äthanol] Verwendung finden. Die Reaktionstemperatur beträgt 0-120 °C, und man kann vorteilhaft bei 20-50 °C arbeiten. Die Reaktionszeit liegt zwischen 0,5 und 10 Stunden, vorzugsweise 1-2 Stunden.
Die Ausgangsstoffe können nach bekannten Methoden hergestellt werden; 9,10-Phenanthrenchinon: AM. Chem. Soc. 64, 5 2023 [1942]; 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-oxim: Ber.22,1989 [1889]; das Natriumsalz der letzteren Verbindung: J. Am. Chem. Soc. 76,124-127 [1954].
Weitere Einzelheiten der vorliegenden Erfindung sind den nachstehenden Beispielen zu entnehmen, ohne den Schutzum-10 fang auf diese Beispiele einzuschränken.
Beispiel 1
24,6 g [0,1 Mol] 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-oxim-natriumsalz 15 werden in 100 ml Äceton suspendiert, worauf der gebildeten Suspension eine Lösung von 15,4 g [0,11 mol] Benzoylchlorid in 50 ml Aceton unter Rühren zugegeben werden. Eine leicht exothermische Reaktion findet statt, Natriumchlorid scheidet aus, und bei Raumtemperatur innerhalb einer Stunde wird eine 20 darkbraune Lösung gebildet. Nach Beendigung der Reaktion wird das Reaktionsgemisch 15 Minuten lang zum Sieden erhitzt und unter vermindertem Druck eingeengt. Es werden 28,2 g des 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-benzoyl-oxims erhalten, Ausbeute 86,2%, F.: 148-149°C.

30 Beispiel 2
22,3 g [0,1 Mol] 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-oxim werden unter Rühren in 200 ml eines Gemisches von Dimethylformamid und Acetonitril gelöst [1:1], worauf 16 ml Pyridin zugegeben werden. Dem Gemisch wird eine Lösung von 10,4 g [0,11 Mol] Chlor-35 ameisensäuremethylester in 30 ml Acetonitril tropfenweise zugegeben. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird zuerst eine Stunde lang bei Raumtemperatur und danach für 15 Minuten bei Siedetemperatur gerührt, dann abgekühlt und in 700 ml eiskaltes Wasser gegossen. Das ausgeschiedene ölige Produkt verfestigt sich beim 40 Abkühlen. Es werden 22,9 g des 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-methoxycarbonyl-oxims erhalten. Das ockerfarbige Produkt schmilzt bei 142-143°C, Ausbeute 81,5%.
Analyse: auf die Formel C16HuN04 gerechnet: C% = 68,32; H% = 3,91; N% = 4,98; 45 gefunden: C% = 68,29; H% = 3,90; N% = 4,92.
Beispiel 3-6
Man verfährt wie im Beispiel 2, mit dem Unterschied, dass 50 man die entsprechenden Ausgangsstoffe einsetzt. Es werden die folgenden Verbindungen hergestellt:

Beispiel 7
Ein Gemisch von 22,3 g [0,1 Mol] 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-oxim, 0,2 ml Träthylamin, 100 ml Chloroform und 12 ml [0,11 Mol] n-Butylisocyanat wird bei Raumtemperatur eine Stunde lang umgesetzt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird 30 Minuten lang zum Sieden erhitzt und danach unter vermindertem Druck eingeengt. Es werden in Form eines gelblichbraunen Öls 32 g des 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-[n-butylaminocarbonyl]-oxims erhalten, Ausbeute 99%. Das Produkt wird chromatographisch gereinigt.
Analyse: auf die Formel Q9H18N2O3 gerechnet: C% = 70,81; H% = 5,59; N% = 8,69;
gefunden: C% = 70,01; H% = 5,51; N% = 8,71.

Beispiel 11 Pulvergemisch 2 Gew.-Teile der Verbindung nach Beispiel 1 und 98 Gew.-Teile Tonerde werden miteinander sorgfältig vermischt und homogenisiert. Das so erhaltene, 2% Wirkstoff enthaltende Pulvergemisch wird auf die in der Beschreibung erörterte Weise verwendet.
Beispiel 12 Netzbares Pulver 50 Gew.-Teile der Verbindung nach Beispiel 3,2,5 Gew.-Teile Dodecylbenzolsulfonat [Netzmittel], 2,5 Gew.-Teile Natriumlignosulfonat [Dispergierungsmittel] und 45 Gew.-Teile Diatomenerde werden miteinander gründlich vermischt, pulverisiert und homogenisiert. Das so erhaltene, 50% Wirkstoff enthaltende netzbare Pulver kann durch Verdünnung mit Wasser in eine gebrauchsfertige Spritzbrühe überführt werden.
Beispiel 13 Netzbares Pulver 90 Gew.-Teile der Verbindung nach Beispiel 6,2,5 Gew.-Teile Dodecylbenzolsulfonat, 2,5 Gew.-Teile Natriumlignosulfonat und 5 Gew.-Teile Diatomenerde werden gründlich vermischt, pulverisiert und homogenisiert. Das so erhaltene, 90%

Wirkstoff enthaltende netzbare Pulver kann durch Verdünnung mit Wasser in eine gebrauchsfertige Spritzbrühe überführt werden.
Beispiel 14
Staubmittel
0,2 Gew.-Teile der Verbindung nach Beispiel 5,1 Gew.-Teil Paraffinöl und 98,8 Gew.-Teile Tonerde werden gründlich vermischt, pulverisiert und homogenisiert. Es wird ein 0,2% Wirkstoff enthaltendes, gebrauchsfertiges Staubmittel erhalten.
Beispiel 15 Emulgierbares Konzentrat 20 Gew.-Teile der Verbindung nach Beispiel 8,30 Gew.-Teile Dimethylsulfoxyd, 40 Gew.-Teile Xylol und 10 Gew.-Teile Poly-oxyäthylendodecyl-phenyläther [Emulgierungsmittel] werden homogenisiert. Da so erhaltene, 20% Wirkstoff enthaltende emulgierbare Konzentrat kann durch Verdünnung mit Wasser in eine gebrauchsfertige Emulsionsspritzbrühe überführt werden.
Beispiel 16
Granulate
15 Gew.-Teile der Verbindung nach Beispiel 10,81,5 Gew.-Teile Tonerde und 3,5 Gew.-Teile Polyvinylalkohol [Bindemittel] werden gründlich pulverisiert, homogenisiert,jdie Mischung wird mit Wasser geknetet, granuliert und getrocknet. Die so erhaltenen, 15% Wirkstoff enthaltenden Granalien können in dieser Form oder mit Boden vermischt Verwendung finden.
Beispiel 17 Schwebefähige Granalien 10 Gew.-Teüe der Verbindung nach Beispiel 7 werden auf 85 Gew.-Teile Bimsstein gesprüht; der Wirkstoff diffundiert in den Bimsstein. Danach werden 5 Gew.-Teile flüssiges Paraffin auf den Bimsstein aufgebracht. Die so erhaltenen, 10% Wirkstoff enthaltenden schwebefähigen Granalien können in dieser Form Verwendung finden.
Beispiel 18 Überzogene Granalien 20 Gew.-Teile der Verbindung nach Beispiel 4 werden auf 64 Gew.-Teile Quarzsand [Teilchengrösse 0,5-1 mm] gesprüht. Die Granalien werden mit 6 Gew.-Teilen einer 10 %igen wässrigen Polyvinylalkohollösung überzogen. Nach Vermischen mit 10 Gew.-% weisser Kohle werden 20% Wirkstoff enthaltende, überzogene Granalien erhalten, die in dieser Form verwendet werden können.
Beispiel 19
Granalien
10 Gew.-Teile der Verbindung nach Beispiel 9,30 Gew.-Teile Bentonit, 1 Gew.-Teil Calciumlignosulfonat, 0,1 Gew.-Teil Natriumlaurylsulfat und 58,9 Gew.-Teile Tonerde werden homogenisiert. Das Gemisch wird mit Wasser geknetet, durch ein Sieb geeigneter Lochgrösse geführt, granuliert und getrocknet. Die so erhaltenen, 10% Wirkstoff enthaltenden Granalien können in dieser Form als eine verdünnte wässrige Lösung verwendet werden.

- 667 645(I)PATENTANSPRÜCHE 1.9,10-Phenanthrendion-Derivate der allgemeinen Formel davon, worin M einen Äquivalenten Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetall bedeutet, mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel VRr-Y-CO-Hlg(V)-0-C0-R(i)worin R CU10 Alkylamino, Cho Alkylthio, CM Alkoxy, Phenyl oder Phenylamino bedeutet, wobei die zwei letzteren Gruppen am Phenylring gegebenenfalls einen oder mehrere identische oder verschiedene C1-4 Alkyl-, Alkoxy, Nitro, Amino,Cyano oder Halogen-Substituenten tragen.2.9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-methylaminocarbonyl-oxim nach Anspruch 1.3.9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-(n-butylaminocarbonyl)-oxim nach Ansprach 1.
- 4. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Phenanthrendion-Deriva-ten der allgemeinen Formel I, worin R CWo-Alkylamino oder gegebenenfalls einen oder mehrere, identische oderverschie-dene CM-Alkyl, Ci_4-Alkoxy, Nitro, Amino, Cyano oder Halogen-Substituenten tragendes Phenylamino bedeutet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-oxim der allgemeinen Formel IIumsetzt, worin R2 Cwo-Alkyl bedeutet; Y für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel steht und Hlg Halogen bedeutet.
- 6. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I, worin R gegebenenfalls einen oder mehrere, 10 identische oder verschiedene CM-Alkyl, C^-Alkoxy, Nitro, Amino, Cyano ödere Halogen-Substituenten tragendes Phenyl bedeutet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassman9,10-Phenanthren-dion-9-oxim der Formel II(II)oder ein Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetallsalz der allgemeinen Formel IIIKD M(ni)davon, worinM die obige Bedeutung hat, mit einer Verbindung 35 der allgemeinen Formel VImit einem Isocyanat der allgemeinen Formel IV Rj-NCOR3-CO-X(VI)(IV)umsetzt, worin R! Cw0- Alkyl oder gegebenenfalls einen oder mehrere, identische oder verschiedene Cw- Alkyl, Cw-Alkoxy, Nitro, Amino, Cyano oder Halogen-Stubstituenten tragendes Phenyl bedeutet.
- 5. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I, worin R C^-Alkoxy oder C^q-Alkylthio bedeutet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-oxim der allgemeinen Formel II(II)oder ein Alkalimetall- oder Erdalkalimetallsalz der allgemeinen Formel IIIumsetzt, worin R3 gegebenenfalls einen oder mehrere, identische40 oder verschiedene CM-Alkyl, Cw-Alkoxy, Nitro, Amino,Cyano oder Halogen-Substituenten tragendes Phenyl bedeutet und X für eine austretende Gruppe steht.
- 7. Fungizide Präparate, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese als Wirkstoff in einer wirksamen Menge mindestens eine Verbin-45 dung der allgemeinen Formel I, worin R die im Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung hat, und geeignete inerte, feste oder flüssige Träger und/oder Hilfsstoffe enthalten.
- 8. Fungizide Päparate nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese als Wirkstoff 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-50 methylaminocarbonyl-oxim oder 9,10-Phenanthrendion-9-(n-butylaminocarbonyl)-oxim enthalten.
- 9. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Fungi-Schädlingen in der Landwirtschaft und im Gartenbau, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass man die Pflanzen, Pflanzenteile, den Boden, die Schädlinge55 oder die zu schützenden Gegenstände mit einem Präparat nach Anspruch 7 behandelt.
- 10. Pharmazeutische Präparate antifungaler Wirkung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese als Wirkstoff mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I, worin R die im so Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung hat, und geeignete inerte, feste oder flüssige pharmazeutische Träger enthalten.-OMdu)65
