Es wurde gefunden, dass Verbindungen der oben angegebenen allgemeinen Formel (I) wertvolle landwirtschaftliche Chemikalien, insbesondere Herbizide, darstellen.
Verbindungen, die den erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen ähneln, sind in der japanischen Offenlegungsschrift Sho 57-181069 (1982), in den US-PS 4 318 731,4 398 943,

40 R2 eine Alkinylgruppe, eine Halogenmethylgruppe oder eine Halogenethylgruppe; und
X eine Alkoxygruppe, eine Alkenyloxygruppe, eine Alkoxyalkoxygruppe, eine Alkinyloxygruppe, eine Hydroxygruppe, eine Halogenmethyloxygruppe oder eine Halogen-45 ethyloxygruppe.
In der US-PS 4 404 019 ist eine Verbindung der Formel beschrieben

Diese Verbindungen können jedoch vom Standpunkt der Dosierung und ihrer Effekte aus betrachtet nicht als geeignete Herbizide angesehen werden.

Die darin beschriebene Verbindung muss jedoch in verhältnismässig hoher Dosierung zur Bekämpfung unerwünschter Unkräuter verwendet werden und weist keine ausreichende Selektivität zwischen den nützlichen Erntepflanzen (Kulturpflanzen) und den unerwünschten Unkräutern auf.
In W085/04307 ist ebenfalls eine ähnliche Verbindung der folgenden Formel beschrieben

worin R einen Rest bedeutet, der ausgewählt wird aus 2-Pro-pinyl, l-Methylethyl-2-propinyl, Methoxymethyl, 2-Propenyl und l-Methyl-2-methoxyethyl. Die darin beschriebene Verbindung tötet jedoch nützliche Ernte- bzw. Kulturpflanzen neben Unkräutern ab, wenn sie in einer verhältnismässig hohen Dosis verwendet wird. Andererseits können keine ausreichenden Kontroll- bzw. Bekämpfungseffekte von Unkräutern erzielt werden, wenn sie in einer verhältnismässig niedrigen Dosierung verwendet wird, bei der sie dennoch bestimmte, erkennbare Schäden an den Ernte- bzw. Kulturpflanzen anrichtet. Das heisst, die Verbindung weist keine ausreichende Selektivität zwischen nützlichen Ernte- bzw. Kulturpflanzen und Unkräutern auf.
Es besteht daher ein dringender Bedarf für ein Herbizid, mit dessen Hilfe in einer niedrigen Dosierung Unkräuter kon668 259
trolliert (bekämpft) werden können, ohne dass wesentliche Schäden an Ernte- bzw. Kulturpflanzen auftreten.
Es wurde nun überraschend gefunden, dass mit den nachstehend angegebenen erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen, die bisher weder bekannt waren, noch in einer Literaturstelle beschrieben worden sind, dieses Ziel erreicht werden kann, da sie überraschenderweise ausgezeichnete herbizide Aktivitäten in einer niedrigen Dosierung und niedrigere Phytotoxi-zitäten aufweisen, verglichen mit den in den obengenannten Literaturstellen beschriebenen Verbindungen. Darauf beruht die vorliegende Erfindung.
Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine neue Verbindung mit ausgezeichneten herbiziden Aktivitäten und nur geringen Phytotoxizitäten zu finden. Ziel der Erfindung ist es ferner, eine herbizide Zusammensetzung zur Verfügung zu stellen, die eine wirksame Menge einer Verbindung der Formel (I) mit ausgezeichneten herbiziden Aktivitäten und einer hohen Sicherheit für Ernte- bzw. Kulturpflanzen in einem geeigneten inerten Träger enthält. Ziel der Erfindung ist es ferner, eine herbizide Zusammensetzung zur Verfügung zu stellen, welche diese Verbindung enthält, die sehr nützlich ist nicht nur als Herbizid vom Preemergens-Behandlungstyp, sondern auch als Herbizid vom Postemergens-Behandlungs-typ für Hochland-Kulturpflanzen. Ein weiteres Ziel der Erfindung besteht darin, ein Verfahren zur Verwendung dieser Verbindung als Herbizid für Hochland-Erntepflanzen anzugeben.
Weitere Ziele, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung gehen aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung hervor.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind neue A2-l,2,4-Triazolin-5-on-Derivate der weiter oben angegebenen allgemeinen Formel (I).

Das heisst, die Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I) kann hergestellt werden durch Umsetzung einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (II) mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (III) in Gegenwart eines inerten Lösungsmittels.
Als inertes Lösungsmittel kann bei der erfindungsgemäs-sen Reaktion jedes beliebige Lösungsmittel verwendet werden, solang es das Fortschreiten dieser Reaktion nicht stark inhibiert. Beispiele für geeignete Lösungsmittel sind aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol und dgl. ;
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie n-Hexan, Cyclohexan und dgl.; Alkohole, wie Methanol, Ethanol, Propanol, Glykol und dgl.; Ketone, wie Aceton, Methylethylketon, Cyclohe-xanon und dgl.; niedere Fettsäureester, wie Ethylacetat und 5 dgl.; Äther, wie Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxan und dgl.; niedere Fettsäureamide, wie Dimethylformamid, Dimethylacetamid und dgl.; Wasser; Dimethylsulfoxid und dgl.
Diese Lösungsmittel werden allein oder in Form einer Mischung derselben verwendet.
io Beispiele für erfmdungsgemäss verwendbare Basen sind anorganische Basen, wie Natriumcarbonat, Natriumhydrid, Kaliumcarbonat, Natriumhydrogencarbonat, Kaliumhydro-gencarbonat, Natriumhydroxid, Kaliumhydroxid, Alkoholate von Alkalimetallen und dgl.; und organische Basen, wie Pyri-15 din, Trimethylamin, Triethylamin, Diethylanilin, 1,8-Diazabi-cyclo[5.4.0]-7-undecen und dgl.
Die erfindungsgemässe Reaktion kann bei einer in geeigneter Weise ausgewählten Temperatur, beispielsweise innerhalb des Bereiches von 0 bis 150 °C, durchgeführt werden. 20 Obgleich die Reaktion der Verbindungen in jedem Reaktionsweg eine äquimolare Reaktion ist, kann jede der Verbindungen in einem geringen Überschuss zugegeben werden.
Die Reaktionszeit wird vorzugsweise innerhalb des Bereiches von 0,5 bis 48 h ausgewählt.
25 Nach Beendigung der Reaktion kann die gewünschte Verbindung durch Behandlung des Reaktionsprodukts unter Anwendung eines konventionellen Verfahrens gesammelt werden.

Bei der Herstellung der Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (II) aus der Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (IV) kann anstelle von Bromwasserstoff Jodwasserstoff oder ein Alkylthiolat verwendet werden.
Die folgenden Beispiele sollen die Erfindung erläutern, ohne sie jedoch darauf zu beschränken.
Beispiel 1
4-(2-Chloro-1,1,2-trifluoroethyl)-1 -{[2,4-dichloro-5-(l -met-55 hoxycarbonyl)ethoxy]phenyl}-3-methyl-A2-1,2,4-triazolin-5-on (Verbindung Nr. 14)

In 50 ml Methanol wurden 0,62 g (0,011 Mol) KOH gelöst und zu der resultierenden Lösung wurden 3,6 g (0,01 Mol) 4-(2-Chloro-l,l,2-trifluoroethyl)-l-(2,4-dichloro-5-hydroxy-phenyl)-3-methyl-A2-l,2,4-triazolin-5-on zugegeben, um es in sein Kaliumsalz zu überführen. Dann wurden 1,83 g (0,011 Mol) Methyl-a-bromopropionat zugegeben und die resultierende Mischung wurde 3 h lang unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach Beendigung der Reaktion wurde die Reaktionsmischung in Eiswasser gegossen und die resultierende Mischung wurde mit Äther extrahiert, danach wurde der Extrakt eingeengt, wobei man 4,0 g der gewünschten Verbindung erhielt, no= 1,5262, Ausbeute 88,9%.

In 150 ml Aceton wurden 9,0 g (0,026 Mol) 1 -(4-Chloro-2-fluoro-5-hydroxyphenyl)-3-methyl-4-( 1,1,2,2-t-etrafhioroethyl)-A2-l,2,4-triazolin-5-on, 7,9 g (0,044 Mol) Ethylbromopropionat und 9,0 g Kaliumcarbonat suspendiert und die resultierende Suspension wurde 2 h lang unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach Beendigung der Reaktion wurde die Reaktionssuspension auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt. Dann wurden die unlöslichen Materialien durch Filtrieren entfernt, danach wurde das Filtrat eingeengt und der Rückstand wurde durch Säulenchromatographie gereinigt, wobei man 9,22 g der gewünschten Verbindung erhielt; physikalische Eigenschaften: ng= 1,4891, Ausbeute 79,3s/o.
Beispiel 3
l-{5-[l-(3-Chloropropoxycarbonyl)ethoxy]-2,4-dichloro-phenyl}-3-methyl-4-(l,l,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-l,2,4-triazo-lin-5-on (Verbindung Nr. 31)
In 40 ml wasserfreiem Dimethylsulfoxid wurden 1,8 g (0,0051 Mol) l-(2,4-Dichloro-5-hydroxyphenyl)-3-methyl-4-(l,l,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-l,2,4-triazolin-5-on gelöst und zu der resultierenden Lösung wurden 0,3 g (0,0053 Mol) gepulvertes Kaliumhydroxid zugegeben. Die so erhaltene Mischung wurde 30 min lang gerührt, danach wurden 1,0 g (0,0053 Mol) 3-Chloropropyl-a-chloropropionat zugegeben und die Reaktion wurde 4 h lang bei 80 °C durchgeführt. Nach Beendigung der Reaktion wurde die Reaktionsmischung auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt und in Eiswasser

gegossen und das Reaktionsprodukt wurde mit Diethyläther daraus extrahiert. Der Extrakt wurde mit Wasser gewaschen 45 und getrocknet. Dann wurde der Diethyläther durch Destillation entfernt, wobei man 2,3 g der gewünschten Verbindung erhielt, no= 1,5139, Ausbeute 89%.

Mit den erfindungsgemässen A2-l,2,4-Triazolin-5-on-Derivaten der allgemeinen Formel (I) ist es möglich, einjährige und winterharte Unkräuter, wie sie in Reisfeldern wachsen, wie z.B. Da die erfindungsgemässen Triazolin-5-on-Derivate der oben angegebenen allgemeinen Formel (I) ausgezeichnete Kontroll- bzw. Bekämpfungseffekte gegen Unkräuter sowohl im Preemergens- als auch im Postemergensstadium aufweisen, eignen sie sich beispielsweise als Herbizide für die Behandlung des Erdbodens vor und nach dem Aussäen ,5 (Pflanzen), für die Behandlung des Erdbodens in der Wachstumsperiode, für die Laub- bzw. Blattbehandlung vor dem Aussäen (Pflanzen), für die Laub- bzw. Blattbehandlung in der Wachstumsperiode der nützlichen Hochland-Erntepflan-zen, wie Sojabohnen, Baumwolle, Maisarten und dgl. 20 Ausserdem eignen sich die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen als Herbizide, die im Preemergens-Stadium und Postemergens-Stadium der Unkräuter auf Reisfelder aufgebracht werden, darüber hinaus sind sie nützlich als Herbizide zur Kontrolle bzw. Bekämpfung genereller Unkräuter, wie sie 25 beispielsweise in abgemähten Feldern, Reisfeldern und Hochlandfeldern, in unbebauten Streifen zwischen Reisfeldern, auf landwirtschaftlichen Wegen, Wasserläufen, Weideland, in Friedhöfen, Parks, auf Strassen, Spielplätzen, unbebauten Flächen um Gebäude herum, urbar gemachten bzw. 3o dem Meer abgewonnenen Landflächen, zwischen Eisenbahnschienen und in Wäldern wachsen.
Die herbizide Behandlung dieser Flächen erfolgt am wirksamsten und wirtschaftlichsten, wenn die Unkräuter noch nicht aufgegangen sind, sie braucht jedoch nicht notwendi-35 gerweise vor dem Aufgehen der Unkräuter durchgeführt zu werden.
Für die Verwendung der erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen als Herbizide werden sie im allgemeinen unter Anwendung konventioneller Verfahren zur Herstellung landwirt-40 schaftlicher Zusammensetzungen in eine für die Verwendung geeignete Form gebracht.
Das heisst, die Verbindungen werden mit geeigneten inerten Trägern und erforderlichenfalls mit weiteren Adjuvantien in einem geeigneten Verhältnis gemischt und durch Auflösen, 45 Dispergieren, Suspendieren, mechanisches Mischen, Imprägnieren, durch Adsorption oder Adhäsion wird die Mischung in eine geeignete Form einer Zusammensetzung gebracht, beispielsweise verarbeitet zu Suspensionen, emulgierbaren Konzentraten, Lösungen, benetzbaren Pulvern, Stäben, Granula-5o ten oder Tabletten.
Die erfindungsgemäss verwendbaren inerten Träger können entweder fest oder flüssig sein. Beispiele für als feste Träger geeignete Materialien sind pflanzliche Pulver, wie z.B. Sojabohnenmehl, Getreidemehl, Holzmehl, Rindenmehl, 55 Sägemehl, gepulverte Tabakstengel, gepulverte Walnussscha-len, Kleie, gepulverte Cellulose und Extraktionsrückstände von Pflanzen bzw. Gemüse; Fasermaterialien, wie z.B. Papier, Wellpappe und Kleiderabfälle; synthetische Polymere, wie z.B. gepulverte Kunstharze; anorganische oder mineralische 60 Produkte, wie Tone (z.B. Kaolin, Bentonit und saurer Ton), Talkprodukte (z.B. Talk und Pyrophylit), Siliciumdioxidpro-dukte (z.B. Diatomeenerde, Siliciumdioxidsand, Glimmer und weisser Kohlenstoff (eine hochdispergierte synthetische Kieselsäure, auch als feinpulverisiertes hydratisiertes Silici-65 umdioxid oder hydratisierte Kieselsäure bezeichnet, und einige handelsübliche Produkte, die Calciumsilicat als Hauptkomponente enthalten), aktivierter Kohlenstoff, gepulverter Schwefel, Bimsstein, calcinierte Diatomeenerde, gemahlener
Ziegelstein, Flugasche, Sand, Calciumcarbonat und Calcium-phosphate; chemische Düngemittel, wie z.B. Ammoniumsulfat, Ammoniumphosphate, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoff und Ammoniumchlorid und Bauernhof-Mist bzw. -Dung. Diese festen Träger können allein oder in Form einer Mischung verwendet werden.
Die Materialien, die als flüssige Träger verwendet werden können, werden aus solchen ausgewählt, die Lösungsmittel für die aktiven Bestandteile darstellen, und solchen, die Nicht-Lösungsmittel darstellen, die jedoch die aktiven Bestandteile mit Hilfe von Adjuvantien dispergieren können. Dazu gehören beispielsweise die folgenden Materialien, die allein oder in Form einer Mischung verwendet werden können: Wasser, Alkohole (wie Methanol, Ethanol, Isopropanol, Butanol und Ethylenglykol), Ketone (wie Aceton, Methyl-ethylketon, Methylisobutylketon, Diisobutylketon und Cyclo-hexanon), Äther (wie Ethyläther, Dioxan, Cellosolven, Dipro-pyläther und Tetrahydrofuran), aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe (wie Benzin und Mineralöle), aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe (wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Lösungsmittelnaphtha und Alkylnaphthalin), halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe (wie Dichlorethan, chlorierte Benzole, Chloroform und Tetrachlorkohlenstoff), Ester (wie Ethylacetat, Dibutylphthalat, Diisopropylphthalat und Dioctylphthalat), Säureamide (wie Dimethylformamid, Diethylformamid und Dimethylacet-amid) und Nitrile (wie Acetonitril) und Dimethylsulfoxid.
Als Adjuvantien können die nachstehend beispielhaft angegebenen Stoffe verwendet werden. Diese Adjuvantien werden in Abhängigkeit vom Verwendungszweck verwendet. In einigen Fällen können auch zwei oder mehr dieser Adjuvantien gleichzeitig verwendet werden. In einigen anderen Fällen wird überhaupt kein Adjuvans verwendet. Zum Zwecke der Emulgierung, Dispergierung, Solubilisierung und/oder Benetzung der aktiven Bestandteile können verwendet werden oberflächenaktive Agentien, wie z.B. Polyoxyethylenalkylaryläther, Polyoxyethylenalkyläther, Polyoxyethylen-höhere Fettsäureester, Polyoxyethylenresi-nate, Polyoxyethylensorbitanmonolaurat, Polyoxyethylensor-bitanmonooleat, Alkylarylsulfonate, Naphthalinsulfonsäure-kondensationsprodukte, Ligninsulfonate und höhere Alkoholsulfatester. Zur Stabilisierung der Dispersion, zum Klebrigmachen und/oder Agglomerieren der aktiven Bestandteile können beispielsweise die folgenden Materialien verwendet werden: Kasein, Gelatine, Stärke, Alginsäure, Methylcellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose, Gummiarabicum, Polyvinylalkohol, Fichtenwurzelöl, Reiskleienöl, Bentonit und Ligninsulfonate.
Zur Verbesserung der Fliessfähigkeit der festen Zusammensetzungen ist es empfehlenswert, Wachse, Stearate, Alkyl-phosphate und dgl. zu verwenden.
Für dispergierbare Zusammensetzungen ist es empfehlenswert, als Peptisierungsmittel Naphthalinsulfonsäurekon-densationsprodukte, kondensierte Phosphate und dgl. zu verwenden.
Es ist auch möglich, Antischaummittel, wie z.B. ein Sili-conöl, zuzugeben.
Der Gehalt an aktiven Bestandteilen in der herbiziden Zusammensetzung kann je nach Art der Verwendung bzw. Aufbringung eingestellt werden. Im allgemeinen beträgt er zweckmässig 0,5 bis 20 Gew.-% zur Herstellung eines pulver-förmigen oder granulierten Produkts und 0,1 bis 50 Gew.-% zur Herstellung eines emulgierbaren Konzentrats oder eines benetzbaren Pulverprodukts.
Zur Zerstörung verschiedener Unkräuter, zur Hemmung ihres Wachstums oder zum Schützen wertvoller Pflanzen gegen durch diese Unkräuter hervorgerufene Schäden wird die erfindungsgemässe herbizide Zusammensetzung in einer das Unkraut zerstörenden Dosis oder in einer das Unkraut-

Wachstum hemmenden Dosis als solche oder nach dem geeigneten Verdünnen mit oder suspendiert in Wasser oder in einem anderen geeigneten Medium auf den Boden oder die Blätter (das Laub) der Unkräuter in dem Bereich aufgebracht, 5 in dem das Aufgehen oder Wachstum von Unkräutern unerwünscht ist.
Die Menge, in der die erfindungsgemässe herbizide Zusammensetzung verwendet wird, variiert in Abhängigkeit von verschiedenen Faktoren, wie z.B. dem Zweck des Auf-lo trags, den zu bekämpfenden Unkräutern, dem Emergens-oder Wachstumszustand der Unkräuter und Erntepflanzen (Kulturpflanzen), der Emergensneigung der Unkräuter, dem Wetter, den Umweltbedingungen, dem Typ der herbiziden Formulierungen, der Art des Aufbringens, dem Typ des zu 15 behandelnden Feldes und dem Zeitpunkt des Aufbringens und anderen.
Wenn die erfindungsgemässe herbizide Zusammensetzung allein als selektives Herbizid aufgebracht wird, ist es zweckmässig, beispielsweise die Dosis der erfindungsgemässen Ver-20 bindung innerhalb des Bereiches von 0,1 bis 500 g pro 10 Ar auszuwählen. Wenn andererseits die erfindungsgemässe herbizide Zusammensetzung zusammen mit anderen Herbiziden aufgebracht wird, kann die Dosis der erfindungsgemässen Verbindung in einem noch kleineren Dosisbereich ausgewählt 25 werden, wenn berücksichtigt wird, dass die Zusammensetzung häufig in einer geringeren Dosis wirksam ist, als wenn sie allein verwendet wird.
Die erfindungsgemässe herbizide Zusammensetzung ist insbesondere wertvoll für die Behandlung im Preemergens-30 Zustand und für die Behandlung im Anfangs-Emergenszu-stand von Hochlandfeldern und zur Kontrolle (Bekämpfung) von Unkräutern im Preemergens-Zustand und Postemergens-Zustand in Reisfeldern. Um sowohl das Spektrum der kontrollierbaren bzw. bekämpfbaren Unkräuterarten als auch den 35 Zeitraum zu erweitern, wann ein wirkungsvoller Auftrag möglich ist, oder um die Dosis herabzusetzen, kann die erfindungsgemässe herbizide Zusammensetzung in Kombination mit anderen Herbiziden verwendet werden und diese Verwendung liegt innerhalb des Rahmens der vorliegenden Erfin-4o dung. So kann beispielsweise die erfindungsgemässe herbizide Zusammensetzung in Kombination mit einem oder mehreren der folgenden Herbizide verwendet werden: Herbizide vom Phenoxyfettsäure-Typ, wie z.B. 2,4-PA (z.B. Ethyl-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)-acetat), MCP (z.B. Ethyl-(2-methyl-4-chlo-43 rophenoxy)acetat, Natrium-(2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxy)ace-tat und Allyl-(2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxy)acetat), MCPB (Ethyl-(2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxy)-butyrat) und Diclofop-Methyl (Methyl-2-[4-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)phenoxy]pro-panoat); Herbizide vom Diphenyläther-Typ, wie z.B. DCMU (3-(3,4-Dichlorophenyl)-l,l-dimethylharnstoff), Bentazon (3-Isopropyl-(lH)-2,l,3-benzothiazin-4(3H)-on-2,2-dioxid), Pyrazolate (4-(2,4-Dichlorobenzoyl)-1,3-dimethylpyrazol-5-yl-p-toluolsulfonat), Pyrazoxyfen (l,3-Dimethyl-4-(2,4-dichloro-benzoyl)-5-phenacyloxypyrazol) und MY-71 (4-(2,4-Dichloro-3-methylbenzoyl)-l,3-dimethylpyrazol-5-yl-p-toluolsulfonat).
Nachstehend werden einige Testbeispiele und Herstellungsbeispiele zur Erläuterung der Erfindung angegeben, auf welche die Erfindung jedoch nicht beschränkt ist.
Testbeispiel 1
Wirkung auf Reisfeld-Unkräuter im Preemergens-Stadium
Töpfe (Mo ooo Ar) wurden mit Erde gefüllt, um ein Reisfeld zu simulieren, und mit Samen von Scheunenhofgras, Monochoria, der Schirm-Pflanze und Binse bzw. mit Pfeilkrautknollen bepflanzt, die alle schädliche Unkräuter darstellen, die in Reisfeldern wachsen, und die Samen und Knollen wur16
den so konditioniert, dass sie im Preemergens-Zustand vorlagen.
Die Erde in dem Topf wurde mit jedem der aktiven Bestandteile (den in der folgenden Tabelle I aufgezählten 5 Verbindungen) durch Aufsprühen behandelt, die in einer gegebenen Flüssigkeitskonzentration formuliert wurden. Nach 21 Tagen wurde der Prozentsatz der Kontrolle bzw. Bekämpfung des Unkrautwachstums festgestellt im Vergleich zu demjenigen der unbehandelten Probe und die herbizide io Aktivität wurde unter Anwendung der folgenden Kriterien bestimmt:

Testbeispiel 2
Wirkung auf Reisfeldunkräuter im Postemergens-Zustand
Töpfe (!/io ooo Ar) wurden mit Erde gefüllt, um ein Reisfeld zu simulieren, und darin wurden jeweils die schädlichen Unkräuter in dem nachstehend angegebenen Blattwachstumsalter wachsen gelassen. Ausserdem wurden junge Keimlinge der Reispflanze (Cultivar: «Nihonbare») im 2,5-Blatt-Alter am Tage vor der Behandlung mit jedem der erfindungsgemässen Herbizide in den Boden eingepflanzt und mit den Herbiziden behandelt. Nach 21 Tagen wurden die herbizide Wirkung und der Grad der Fruchtschädigung der Reispflanze bewertet durch Vergleich der Ergebnisse mit denjenigen der unbehandelten Probe.

Die Erde wurde mit jedem aktiven Bestandteil durch Besprühen behandelt, der so formuliert wurde, dass eine 30 gegebene Flüssigkeitskonzentration erzielt wurde. Nach 21 Tagen wurde die herbizide Wirkung ermittelt durch Vergleich der Ergebnisse mit denjenigen der unbehandelten Probe.
Die Kriterien zur Beurteilung der herbiziden Aktivität waren die gleichen wie im Testbeispiel 1. Die erhaltenen 35 Ergebnisse sind in der folgenden Tabelle IV angegeben.

Wirkung auf Hochlandfeld-Unkräuter im Postemergens-Zustand
10 cm x 20 cm x 5 cm (Tiefe) grosse Polyethylengefässe wurden mit Erde gefüllt und es wurden die nachstehend angegebenen schädlichen Unkräuter und Sojabohnensamen jeweils eingesät und die Samen wurden mit Erde bedeckt. Die Unkräuter und die Sojabohnen wurden jeweils bis zu den nachstehend angegebenen Blattalterstufen kultiviert und dann mit jedem aktiven Bestandteil in einer gegebenen Dosis behandelt.
Nach 21 Tagen wurden die herbizide Wirkung auf die Unkräuter und der Grad der Fruchtschädigung bei der Sojabohne bewertet durch Vergleich der Ergebnisse mit denjenigen einer unbehandelten Probe.

Die Kriterien zur Beurteilung der herbiziden Aktivität und der Fruchtschädigung waren die gleichen wie in dem Testbeispiel 1 bzw. in dem Testbeispiel 2. Die erhaltenen -Ergebnisse sind in der folgenden Tabelle V angegeben.

- 6. Verbindung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (I) X ein Fluoratom bedeutet.

Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (I) R eine unsubstituierte Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Ci-Cs-substituierte Alkylgruppe mit mindestens einem Halogenatom als Substituent, eine Cycloalkylgruppe mit 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkoxyalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkylthioalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Benzylgruppe oder eine substituierte Benzylgruppe mit mindestens einem Substituenten, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Halogenatome und Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, R1 eine Halogenethylgruppe und X ein Fluoratom bedeuten.
- 8. l-[4-Chloro-2-fluoro-5-(l-methoxycarbonyl)-ethoxy-phenyl]-3-methyl-4-(l, 1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-1,2,4-triazo-lin-5-on als Verbindung nach Anspruch 1.
- 9. l-{5-[l-(2-Chloroethoxycarbonyl)ethoxy]-2,4-dichloro-phenyl}-3-methyl-4-( 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-1,2,4-triazolin-5-on als Verbindung nach Anspruch 1.
- 10. l-{4-Chloro-5-[l-(2-chloroethoxycarbonyl)-ethoxy]-2-5 fluorophenyl}-3-methyl-4-(l,l,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-l,2,4-triazolin-5-on als Verbindung nach Anspruch 1.

- 17. l-{4-Chloro-5-[l-((2-ethoxy)ethoxycarbonyl)-ethoxy]-2-fluorophenyl}-3-methyl-4-( 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-1,2,4-triazolin-5-on als Verbindung nach Anspruch 1.30 18. l-{4-Chloro-2-fluoro-5-[l-((2-methylthio)-ethoxycarbo-nyl)ethoxy]phenyl}-3-methyl-4-( 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-l,2,4-triazolin-5-on als Verbindung nach Anspruch 1.
- 19. l-{4-Chloro-2-fluoro-5-[l-(2-(2-methoxy)-ethoxy)-ethoxycarbonyl)ethoxy]phenyl}-3-methyl-4-(l,l,2,2-tetrafluo-35 roethyl)-A2-l,2,4-triazolin-5-on als Verbindung nach Anspruch 1.
- 20. l-{4-Chloro-5-[l-(4-chlorobenzyloxycarbonyl)-ethoxy]-2-fluorophenyl}-3-methyl-4-(l,l,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-l,2,4-triazolin-5-on als Verbindung nach Anspruch 1.40 21. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines A2-1,2,4-Triazolin-5-on-Derivats der allgemeinen Formel45(I)6065worin bedeuten:R ein Wasserstoffatom, ein einwertiges Alkalimetallatom, ein unsubstituiertes quaternäres Ammoniumsalz, ein substituiertes quaternäres Ammoniumsalz mit mindestens einer Ci-G»-Alkylgruppe als Substituent, eine unsubstituierte Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Ci-Cs-substitu-ierte Alkylgruppe mit mindestens einem Halogenatom als Substituent, eine Cycloalkylgruppe mit 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Ci-C3-substituierte Alkylgruppe mit einer Cya-nogruppe als Substituent, eine Alkenylgruppe mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkinylgruppe mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkoxyalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkylthioalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkylsulfinylalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkylsulfonylalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 6 Koh3668 259lenstoffatomen, eine Alkoxyalkoxyalkylgruppe mit 3 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Hydroxycarbonylalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine AIkoxycarbonylalkylgruppe mit 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine unsubstituierte Benzylgruppe, eine substituierte Benzylgruppe mit mindestens einem Substituenten, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Halogenatome und der Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, oder eine Phenethylgruppe;R1 eine Halogenalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen; undX ein Halogenatom,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel(IX)worin R1 und X die oben angegebenen Bedeutungen haben, mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel umsetzt(III)ROCCH.ZCH,worin R wie oben definiert ist und Z ein Halogenatom bedeutet.
- 22. Herbizide Zusammensetzung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine wirksame Menge eines A2-l,2,4-Triazolin-5-on-Derivats der nachstehend angegebenen allgemeinen Formel (I) als aktiven Bestandteil sowie einen geeigneten inerten Träger enthält:(I)worin bedeuten:R ein Wasserstoffatom, ein einwertiges Alkalimetallatom, ein unsubstituiertes quaternäres Ammoniumsalz, ein substituiertes quaternäres Ammoniumsalz mit mindestens einer Ci-C4-Alkylgruppe als Substituent, eine unsubstituierte Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Ci-Cö-substitu-ierte Alkylgruppe mit mindestens einem Halogenatom als Substituent, eine Cycloalkylgruppe mit 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Ci-C3-substituierte Alkylgruppe mit einer Cya-nogruppe als Substituent, eine Alkenylgruppe mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkinylgruppe mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkoxyalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkylthioalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkylsulfinylalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkylsulfonylalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkoxyalkoxyalkylgruppe mit 3 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Hydroxycarbonylalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine AIkoxycarbonylalkylgruppe 5 mit 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine unsubstituierte Benzylgruppe, eine substituierte Benzylgruppe mit mindestens einem Substituenten, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Halogenatome und der Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, oder eine Phenethylgruppe;io R1 eine Halogenalkylgruppe mit 2 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen; undX ein Halogenatom.
- 23. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (I) X ein Fluor-15 atom bedeutet.
- 24. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (I) R1 eine Halogenethylgruppe bedeutet.
- 25. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 22,20 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (I) R1 eine Halogenethylgruppe bedeutet.
- 26. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (I) R eine substituierte Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen und min-25 destens einem Halogenatom als Substituent bedeutet.
- 27. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (I) X ein Fluor-. atom und R1 eine Halogenethylgruppe bedeuten.
- 28. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 22,30 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (I) bedeuten:R eine unsubstituierte Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Ci-Cs-substituierte Alkylgruppe mit mindestens einem Halogenatom als Substituent, eine Cycloalkylgruppe mit 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkoxyalkyl-35 gruppe mit 2 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine unsubstituierte Benzylgruppe oder eine substituierte Benzylgruppe mit mindestens einem Substituenten, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Halogenatome und der Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen,io R1 eine Halogenethylgruppe undX ein Fluoratom.
- 29. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem aktiven Bestandteil um eine Verbindung handelt, die ausgewählt wird45 aus der Gruppe:1 -[4-Chloro-2-fluoro-5-(l -methoxycarbonyl)ethoxyphenyl]-3-methyl-4-(l,l,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-l,2,4-triazolin-5-on, l-{5-[l-(2-Chloroethoxycarbonyl)ethoxy]-2,4-dichlorophenyl}-3-methyl-4-(l, 1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-1,2,4-triazolin-5-on, so 1 -{4-Chloro-5-[ 1 -(2-chloroethoxycarbonyl(ethoxy]-2-fluoro-phenyl}-3-methyl-4-( 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-1,2,4-triazo-lin-5-on,l-{5-[l-(3-Chloropropoxycarbonyl)ethoxy]-2,4-dichlorophe-nyl}-3 -methyl-4-( 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-1,2,4-triazolin-5 -55 on,1 -{4-Chloro-[ 1 -(3-chloropropoxycarobnyl)ethoxy-2-fluoro-phenyl}-3-methyl-4-( 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-1,2,4-triazo-lin-5-on,l-{4-Chloro-5-[l-(4-chlorobutoxycarbonyl)ethoxy]-2-fluoro-60 phenyl}-3-methyl-(l,l,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-l,2,4-triazolin-5-on,l-{4-Chloro-5-[l-(cyclopentyloxycarbonyl)ethoxy]-2-fluoro-phenyl}-3-methyl-4-(l, 1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-1,2,4-triazo-lin-5-on,65 1 -{4-Chloro-5-[ 1 -((2-ethoxy)ethoxycarbonyl)ethoxy]-2-fluoro-phenyl}-3-methyl-4-( 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-1,2,4-triazo-lin-5-on,l-{4-ChIoro-2-fluoro-5-[l-((2-methylthio)ethoxycarbo-668 2594nyl)ethoxy]phenyl}-3-methyl-4-( 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-l,2,4-triazolin-5-on,l-{4-Chloro-2-fluoro-5-[l-(2-(2-methoxy)ethoxy)ethoxycarbo-nyl)ethoxy]phenyl}-3-methyl-4-(l,l,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-l,2,4-triazolin-5-on und1 -{4-Chloro-5-[ 1 -(4-chlorobenzyloxycarbonyl)-ethoxy]-2-fluo-rophenyl}-3-methyl-4-(l, 1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-A2-1,2,4-tria-zolin-5-on.
- 30. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zur Kontrolle (Bekämpfung) von Unkräutern in Hochlandfeldern verwendet wird.
- 31. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Postemergens-Herbizid in Hochlandfeldern verwendet wird.
- 32. Verfahren zur Verwendung der Verbindung nach den Ansprüchen 1, 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19 und 20 als Herbizid für Hochland-Früchte bzw. -Kulturpflanzen.
