Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     ehronihaltigen    sauren Farbstoffs.    Es wurde gefunden, dass     inan    den metall  empfindlichen     Azofarbstoff    aus dianotiertem       5-Nitro-4-chlor-2-amido-l-oxybeiizol    und  2 -     Aniidonaphtalin    - 7 -     sulfonsäure    durch Be  handlung mit chromabgebenden Mitteln in  einen     chromhaltigen    sauren     Farbstoff    über  führen kann, welcher das Chrom in maskierter  Bindung enthält, indem dasselbe aus der       wässrigen    Lösung durch Soda, Natronlauge  oder Ammoniak nicht gefällt wird.

   Der Farb  stoff ist wasserlöslich, säurebeständig, nicht  kupferempfindlich und färbt     animalische     Fasern aus saurem Bade in blaustichig grü  nen, walk- und lichtechten Tönen.  



       Beispiel:     5 Teile     Azofarbstoff    ans     diazotiertein        5-l#Ti-          trö-4-chlor-2-amido-l-oxybeiizol    und     2-Ami-          donaphtalin    -     7-sulfonsäure    werden     finit    200 Tei  len Wasser, 7.5 Teilen Chromfluor     id    (mit  einem     36,80jo        Ci-E        0a    entsprechenden Chrom  gehalt) und 10-20 Teilen Glaspulver oder  der entsprechenden Menge eines ändern säure  bindenden Mittels, wie     Natriumacetat,

          Amino-          niumlaktat    und dergleichen, während 24 Stun  den unter     Rückfluss    gekocht. Es scheidet sich  die Chromverbindung der Farbsäure als schwer-    löslicher Niederschlag aus. Derselbe wird ab  filtriert, in kalter verdünnter Natronlauge (ent  haltend 1 Teil Na OH) gelöst und mit     Essig-          säure    schwach     aizgesäuert.    Aus der intensiv  grünen Lösung wird der     Farbstoff    durch Aus  sahen abgeschieden,     abfiltriert,    gepresst und  getrocknet.

   The dye is water-soluble, acid-resistant, not sensitive to copper and dyes animal fibers from acid baths in bluish green, milled and lightfast shades.



       Example: 5 parts of azo dye ans diazotized in 5-l # titanium-4-chloro-2-amido-l-oxybeiizole and 2-amidonaphthalene-7-sulfonic acid are finely 200 parts of water, 7.5 parts of chromium fluoride (with a 36,80jo Ci-E 0a corresponding chromium content) and 10-20 parts of glass powder or the corresponding amount of an acid-binding agent such as sodium acetate,

          Amino lactate and the like, refluxed for 24 hours. The chromium compound of the color acid separates out as a sparingly soluble precipitate. It is filtered off, dissolved in cold, dilute sodium hydroxide solution (containing 1 part of Na OH) and weakly acidified with acetic acid. The dye is separated out from the intensely green solution, filtered off, pressed and dried.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a chromium-containing acidic dye, characterized in that the metal-sensitive azo dye from dianotized 5-nitro-4-eliloi-- 2 - amido-1-oxybenzene and 2-amido-naphthalene-7-sulfonic acid finitely chromium-donating Means treated.
