Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung Bines chromhaltigen sauren Farbstoffs. Es wurde gefunden, daG man den inetall- empfindlichen Azofarbstoff ans diazotiertem 5-Nitro-2-amido-1-oxybenzol und der N-1VIethy- lensulfosâure der 2-Aminonaphtalin-6-sulfo- sâ.ure durch Behandlung mit chroinabgeben- den Mitteln in einen chromhaltigen sauren Farbstoff überführen kami, welcher das Chrom in maskierter Bindung enthâlt, indem das- selbe aus der wâsserigen LSsung durch Soda, Natronlauge Oder Ammoniak nicht gefâllt wird. Der Farbstoff ist wasserlbslich, süure- bestândig, nicht kupferempfindlich und fürbt animalische Fasern aus saurera Bad in blau- atichiggrünen, walk- und lichtechten Tünen. Beispiel: 5 Teile Azofarbstoff aus diazotiertern 5-Nitro-2-amido-1-oxybenzol und der N-Me- thylensulfosâureder 2-Aminonaphtalin-6-sulfo- sâure werden mit 200 Teilen Wasser, 7,5 Teilen Chromfluorid (mit einem <B>36,8010</B> Crz0s entsprechenden Chromgehalt) und 10-20 Teilen Glaspulver oder der entsprechenden Menge Bines andern sâurebindenden Mittels, wie Natriumacetat, Ammoniumlaktat und der- gleichen, wâhrend 24 Stunden unter Rück- flue gekocht. Es scheidet sich die Chrom- verbindung der Farbsliure als schwerlüslicher Niedersclilag aus. Derselbe wird abfiltriert, in kalter, verdünnter Natronlauge (enthaltend 1 Teil NaOH) geldst und mit Essigsaure schwach angesâuert. Aus der intensiv grünen L < jsung wird der Farbstoff durch Aussalzen abgescliieden, abfiltriert, gepreet und ge- trocknet. Process for preparing a chromium-containing acidic dye. It has been found that the metal-sensitive azo dye can be converted to diazotized 5-nitro-2-amido-1-oxybenzene and N-1-ethylenesulfonic acid of 2-aminonaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid by treatment with chrominating agents converted into a chromium-containing acidic dye kami, which contains the chromium in a masked bond, by not precipitating the same out of the aqueous solution with soda, caustic soda or ammonia. The dye is water-soluble, acid-resistant, not sensitive to copper and dyes animal fibers from acidic baths in bluish-green, milled and lightfast tones. Example: 5 parts of an azo dye made from diazotized 5-nitro-2-amido-1-oxybenzene and N-methylene sulfosaureh of 2-aminonaphthalene-6-sulfosaur are mixed with 200 parts of water, 7.5 parts of chromium fluoride (with a <B >36.8010</B> Crz0s corresponding chromium content) and 10-20 parts of glass powder or the corresponding amount of some other acid-binding agent, such as sodium acetate, ammonium lactate and the like, boiled under reflux for 24 hours. The chromium compound of the colored acid separates out as a hard-to-dissolve precipitate. The same is filtered off, washed in cold, diluted sodium hydroxide solution (containing 1 part NaOH) and slightly acidified with acetic acid. The dye is separated from the intensively green solution by salting out, filtered off, pressed and dried.
