Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Nachehromierungsfarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, ,dass man einen neuen Nachchromierungsfarbstoff herstellen kann; wenn man diazotiertes 6-Nitro-4-methyl-2- aminophenol mit 1-Amino-5-oxynaphtalin-7- sulfosäure in Gegenwart von Calcium- hydroxyd kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein schwärzliches Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit blauer Farbe löst und in Wolle aus sau rem Bade in rötlichdunkelblauen Farbtönen färbt, welche durch Nmhchromieren in ein hervorragend licht-, walk- und pottin.gechtes Blauschwarz übergehen. <I>Beispiel:</I> 24 Teile 1-Amido--5-oxynaphtalin-7-sulfo- säure werden in 150 Teilen Wasser mit 10 Teilen Calciumhydroxyd warm gelöst und bei 0 bis 5 mit,der eben kongosauer gestell ten wässerigen Suspension der Diazoverbin- dung, hergestellt aus 16,8 Teilen 6-Nitro- 4-methyl-2-aminophenol, 15 Teilen Salzsäure und 7 Teilen Nitrit in 300 Teilen Wasser, versetzt. Die sofort eintretende Kupplung ist in etwa 20 Minuten unter Bildung eines dunklen Farbstoffbreies fertig. Der Farb stoff kann .durch Ansäuern und Filtrieren, oder nach Abstumpfen der ,geringen Menge freien Ätzkalkes durch heisses Umsetzen mit Soda, Filtrieren vom Calciumkarbonat und Aussalzen des Filtrates mit Kochsalz gewon nen werden.

- PATENTANSPRUC13 Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Nachchromierungsfarbstoffes, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass -man @diazotiertes 6-Nitro- 4-methyl-2-aminophenol mit 1-Amino-5-oxy- naphtalin-7-sulfosäure in Gegenwart von Calciumhydroxyd kuppelt.Der neue Farb stoff bildet ein schwärzliches Pulver, das sich in Wasser :mit blauer Farbe löst und Wolle aus saurem Bade in rötlichdunkelblauen Farbtönen färbt, welche ,durch Nachchromie- ren in ein hervorragend licht-, walk- und pot- tingechtes Blauschwarz übergehen.
