(2) sanding the surface of the wet semi-finished product by using a roller type buffing machine to obtain a fluffy semi-finished product, wherein the abrasive paper used for sanding is 200 meshes, the sanding is performed once respectively in a forward sanding mode and a reverse sanding mode, and the thickness of the fluffy semi-finished product after sanding is 1.2 mm;
(3) preparing a printing material, and printing the velvet semi-finished product to obtain suede leather with three-dimensional patterns; the printing material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
100 portions of waterborne printing resin
4 parts of blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent
2 parts of NH-W913 aqueous yellow slurry.
(4) Spraying organic silicon fluoride waterproof material on the suede leather, and drying at 160 ℃ to obtain the polyurethane synthetic leather for suede three-proofing sofa furniture; the organic silicon-fluorine waterproof material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of organic silicon fluorine waterproof resin and 3 parts of blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent.

a preparation method of polyurethane synthetic leather for suede three-proofing sofa furniture comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing wet-process polyurethane slurry into impregnation slurry, wherein the raised surface of the single-sided velvet substrate faces upwards, the thickness of the single-sided velvet substrate is 0.75mm, and after the impregnation treatment of the single-sided velvet substrate, sequentially performing condensation, washing and drying by using a DMF (dimethyl formamide) solution to obtain a wet-process semi-finished product with the thickness of 1.2 mm; the wet polyurethane slurry is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
(2) sanding the surface of the wet semi-finished product by using a roller type buffing machine to obtain a fluffy semi-finished product, wherein the sand paper used for sanding is 180 meshes, the sanding is performed once respectively in a forward sanding mode and a reverse sanding mode, and the thickness of the fluffy semi-finished product after sanding is 1.1 mm;
(3) preparing a printing material, and printing the velvet semi-finished product to obtain suede leather with three-dimensional patterns; the printing material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
100 portions of waterborne printing resin
5 parts of blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent
2 parts of NH-321 aqueous red pulp.
(4) Spraying organic silicon-fluorine waterproof materials on suede leather, and drying at 140 ℃ to obtain the suede three-proofing polyurethane synthetic leather for sofa furniture; the organic silicon-fluorine waterproof material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of organic silicon fluorine waterproof resin and 5 parts of blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent.
Example 4:
a preparation method of polyurethane synthetic leather for suede three-proofing sofa furniture comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing wet-process polyurethane slurry into impregnation slurry, wherein the raised surface of the single-sided velvet substrate faces upwards, the thickness of the single-sided velvet substrate is 0.65mm, and after the impregnation treatment of the single-sided velvet substrate, sequentially performing condensation, washing and drying by using a DMF (dimethyl formamide) solution to obtain a wet-process semi-finished product with the thickness of 0.95 mm; the wet polyurethane slurry is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:

(3) preparing a printing material, and printing the velvet semi-finished product to obtain suede leather with three-dimensional patterns; the printing material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
100 portions of waterborne printing resin
5 parts of blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent
5 parts of NH-321 aqueous red pulp.
(4) Spraying organic silicon-fluorine waterproof materials on suede leather, and drying at 150 ℃ to obtain the suede three-proofing polyurethane synthetic leather for sofa furniture; the organic silicon-fluorine waterproof material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of organic silicon fluorine waterproof resin and 2 parts of blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent.
Claims (8)
1. A preparation method of suede three-proofing polyurethane synthetic leather for sofa furniture is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing wet polyurethane slurry as impregnation slurry, enabling the raised surface of the single-sided velvet substrate to face upwards, carrying out impregnation treatment on the single-sided velvet substrate, and then sequentially carrying out coagulation, washing and drying to obtain a wet semi-finished product;
(2) sanding the surface of the wet semi-finished product to obtain a fluffy semi-finished product;
(3) preparing a printing material, and printing the velvet semi-finished product to obtain suede leather with three-dimensional patterns;
(4) spraying organic silicon fluorine waterproof material on the suede leather, and drying to obtain suede polyurethane synthetic leather for sofa furniture; the organic silicon-fluorine waterproof material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of organic silicon fluorine waterproof resin and 2-5 parts of blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: in the step (1), the wet polyurethane slurry is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
3. the method of claim 1, wherein: in the step (1), the single-sided velvet base material is cotton-like velvet.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein: in the step (1), the thickness of the single-sided velvet base material is 0.65-1.0mm, and the thickness of the wet-process semi-finished product is 0.95-1.3 mm.

The method of claim 1, wherein: in the step (2), the sanding is carried out in a roller type buffing machine, the sand paper used for sanding is 180-320 meshes, and the sanding is carried out once respectively along and against the sanding, and the thickness of the prepared fluffy semi-finished product is 0.85-1.2 mm.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein: in the step (3), the printing material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
100 parts of water-based printing resin,
2-5 parts of a closed isocyanate crosslinking agent,
0-5 parts of water-based color paste.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein: in the step (4), the drying temperature is 140-160 ℃.
8. The suede polyurethane leather for sofa furniture, which is prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
