Abstract

Un proceso para la preparacion estereoselectiva de novedosos derivados de mostaza de nitrogeno quirales utiles en la sintesis de piperazinas 1,4-disustituidas opticamente activas de la Formula (I), donde R, Ar y Q se definen segun se contempla en esta solicitud, y compuestos intermedios de los mismos. Las piperazinas 1,4-disustituidas actuan como agentes de conjugacion del receptor 5HT1A utiles en el tratamiento de trastornos del Sistema Nervioso Central (SNC).
