La invencion se refiere a compuestos de formula general (i) en la que n es igual a 0,1,2, o 3, X1, X2,X3,X4,Z1,Z2,Z3,Z4 y Z5 representan un atomo de hidrogeno o algunos sustituyentes especificos; W representa un grupo biciclico fusionado de formula (a) unido al a tomo de nitrogeno por las posiciones 1,2,3, 0 4; A representa un heterociclo opcionalmente sustituido de 5 a 7 miembros que comprende de uno a tres heteroatomos elegidos entre o,s o N.Estos compuestos son ligados del receptor vaniloide TRPV1 utiles especialmente en el tratamiento del dolor y de la inflamacion
