Abstract
<p>La presente invención se refiere a compuestos de benzamidas sustituidas con 1,3-tiazol-2-ilo de Ia fórmula general (I)</p> <p>ESPACIO PARA LA FÓRMULA</p> <p>donde los sustituyentes R1, R2 y R3 son como se definen en las reivindicaciones, y a composiciones y combinaciones farmacéuticas que comprenden dichos compuestos. Los compuestos de la presente invención son útiles en Ia elaboración de una composición farmacéutica para el tratamiento o Ia profilaxis de una enfermedad, en particular de un trastorno neurogénico, ya sea como agente único o en combinación con otros ingredientes activos.</p>
