Abstract
System zum Erfassen eines Analyten in einem Körperfluid, das von einem Subjekt entnommen wurde, umfassend:a) eine externe Vorrichtung;b) eine fluidische Vorrichtung (2), wobei die fluidische Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:eine Kennung, um eine Identität der fluidischen Vorrichtung bereitzustellen, die angepasst ist, um die Übertragung eines Protokolls von der externen Vorrichtung auszulösen, wobei das Protokoll von der Identität der fluidischen Vorrichtung abhängt und Anweisungen an eine Steuerung umfasst, um das Protokoll auf der fluidischen Vorrichtung auszuführen,eine Probenentnahmeeinheit (4), undeine Analyseanordnung für eine Körperfluidprobe von der Probenentnahmeeinheit, um mit innerhalb der Analyseanordnung enthaltenen Reaktanten zu reagieren, um ein Signal zu ergeben, das das Vorhandensein des Analyten angibt;c) eine Leseranordnung, umfassend:einen optischen Detektor zum Erfassen des Signals, Betätigungselemente, um einen Fluidfluss durch die fluidische Vorrichtung zu lenken, und die Steuerung, um die Betätigungselemente auf der Grundlage der Anweisungen an die Steuerung zu steuern, um das Protokoll auf der fluidischen Vorrichtung auszuführen, durch Steuern der Betätigungselemente, um den Fluidfluss durch die fluidische Vorrichtung zu lenken; undd) eine Kommunikationsanordnung für Folgendes:Empfangen des Protokolls von der externen Vorrichtung, undÜbertragen des Signals an die externe Vorrichtung.
Claims (8)
- System zum Erfassen eines Analyten in einem Körperfluid, das von einem Subjekt entnommen wurde, umfassend: a) eine externe Vorrichtung; b) eine fluidische Vorrichtung (2), wobei die fluidische Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst: eine Kennung, um eine Identität der fluidischen Vorrichtung bereitzustellen, die angepasst ist, um die Übertragung eines Protokolls von der externen Vorrichtung auszulösen, wobei das Protokoll von der Identität der fluidischen Vorrichtung abhängt und Anweisungen an eine Steuerung umfasst, um das Protokoll auf der fluidischen Vorrichtung auszuführen, eine Probenentnahmeeinheit (4), und eine Analyseanordnung für eine Körperfluidprobe von der Probenentnahmeeinheit, um mit innerhalb der Analyseanordnung enthaltenen Reaktanten zu reagieren, um ein Signal zu ergeben, das das Vorhandensein des Analyten angibt; c) eine Leseranordnung, umfassend: einen optischen Detektor zum Erfassen des Signals, Betätigungselemente, um einen Fluidfluss durch die fluidische Vorrichtung zu lenken, und die Steuerung, um die Betätigungselemente auf der Grundlage der Anweisungen an die Steuerung zu steuern, um das Protokoll auf der fluidischen Vorrichtung auszuführen, durch Steuern der Betätigungselemente, um den Fluidfluss durch die fluidische Vorrichtung zu lenken; und d) eine Kommunikationsanordnung für Folgendes: Empfangen des Protokolls von der externen Vorrichtung, und Übertragen des Signals an die externe Vorrichtung.
- System nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei die Anweisungen darin bestehen, die Betätigungselemente zu steuern, um Fluid durch die fluidische Vorrichtung zu pumpen und/oder ventilieren. - System nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei die Betätigungselemente eine Pumpe und/oder ein Ventil umfassen, um den Fluidfluss durch die fluidische Vorrichtung zu lenken. - System nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei die fluidische Vorrichtung keine Pumpe umfasst. - System nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei das Protokoll von der externen Vorrichtung drahtlos übertragen wird. - System nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei das Protokoll von der Identität der fluidischen Vorrichtung abhängig variiert, die durch einen Kennungsdetektor erkennbar ist. - System nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei der optische Detektor eine ladungsgekoppelte Vorrichtung (charge-coupled device, CCD) umfasst. - Verfahren zum Erfassen eines Analyten in einem von einem Subjekt entnommenen Körperfluid, umfassend: a) Bereitstellen eines Systems nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis7 ; b) Empfangen, durch die Kommunikationsanordnung, des Protokolls von der externen Vorrichtung; c) Steuern, durch die Steuerung, und auf der Grundlage der Anweisungen an die Steuerung, um das Protokoll auf der fluidischen Vorrichtung auszuführen, der Betätigungselemente, um den Fluidfluss durch die fluidische Vorrichtung zu lenken; d) Reagieren der Körperfluidprobe von der Probenentnahmeeinheit mit den innerhalb der Analyseanordnung enthaltenen Reaktanten, um das Signal zu ergeben, das das Vorhandensein des Analyten angibt; und e) Erfassen, durch den optischen Detektor, des Signals.
