Claims (11)
1. Langzeinwirkende, filmbildende Polymerzusammensetzung,
welche enthält:
(a) ein wasserlösliches celluloseartiges Polymer, das ein Hydroxy- oder Carboxy-, Mono- oder
Di-(C1-4)alkylcellulosepolymer wie Hydroxypropylcellulose,
Hydroxypropylethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylmethylcellulose
und/oder Carboxymethylcellulose ist;
(b) ein pharmazeutisch oder tiermedizinisch verträgliches Oxidationsmittel; und
einen pharmazeutisch oder tiermedizinisch verträglichen Träger.
2. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, die ferner einen pharmazeutisch
verträglichen, stabilisierenden, vorzugsweise in einer alkoholisch-wäßrigen Lösung löslichen Zusatzstoff,
enthält.
3. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, die zusätzlich ein Edetatsalz wie Kalziumdinatriumedetat oder Tetranatriumedetat
oder Deferoxaminmesylat und/oder Zitronensäure enthält.
4. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Oxidationsmittel eine Peroxidverbindung, wie Wasserstoffperoxid,
Natrxumperoxyboratmonohydrat oder insbesondere Carbamidperoxid, ist, und zum Beispiel in
einer Menge von 1% (G/G) bis 15% (G/G) vorliegt.
5. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei welcher das Polymer Hydroxypropylcellulose ist, die
geeigneterweise in einer Menge von 5% (G/G) bis 15% (G/G), wie z.B. etwa 12,5% (G/G) vorliegt.
6. Flüssige Polymerzusammensetzung, vorzugsweise nach einem
der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, welche etwa 12,5% (G/G) Hydroxypropylcellulose,
etwa 3,0% (G/G) Carbamidperoxid,
etwa 0,15% (G/G) Kalziumdinatriumedetat, etwa 60% (G/G)
Ethylalkohol und gereinigtes Wasser, das die Differenz zu 100% (G/G) bildet, enthält.
7. Verfahren zum äußeren Bleichen von Zähnen oder zum Verhindern einer äußeren Zahnverfärbung, wobei das Verfahren
die lokale Anwendung einer flüssigen Polymerzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 an einem
Zahn eines Menschen oder Tieres umfaßt.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 zum äußeren Bleichen von verfärbten Zähnen, wobei die flüssige Polymerzusammensetzung
ein- bis dreimal täglich auf einem Zahn aufgetragen wird, oder zum Verhindern einer Zahnverfärbung, wobei
das flüssige Polymer ein- oder zweimal wöchentlich auf einem Zahn aufgetragen wird.
9. Verfahren zum inneren Bleichen von verfärbten Zähnen, umfassend das Einführen einer flüssigen Polymerzusammensetzung
nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 in die Pulpahöhle eines Zahnes eines Menschen oder Tieres, wie
zum Beispiel durch örtliche Anwendung der Zusammensetzung im Wurzelkanal, und vorzugsweise derart, daß die in
die Zahnpulpa eingeführte Zusammensetzung darin verschlossen ist.
10. Langzeitwirkende, filmbildende Polymerzusammensetzung,
welche
(a) ein wasserlösliches celluloseartiges Polymer, das ein Hydroxy- oder Carboxy-, Mono- oder
Di-(C1-4)alkylcellulosepolymer wie Hydroxypropylcellulose,
Hydroxypropylethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylmethylcellulose
und/oder Carboxymethylcellulose ist;
(b) ein pharmazeutisch oder tiermedizinisch verträgliches Oxidationsmittel; und
einen pharmazeutisch oder tiermedizinisch verträglichen Träger, enthäIt,
zur Verwendung in der Medizin.
11. Verwendung einer langzeitwirkenden, filmbildenden
Polymerzusammensetzung, welche
(a) ein wasserlösliches celluloseartiges Polymer, das ein Hydroxy- oder Carboxy-, Mono- oder Di-(C1-4)
alkylcellulosepolymer wie Hydroxypropylcellulose, Hydroxypropylethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose,
Hydroxyethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylmethylcellulose und/oder Carboxymethylcellulose ist;
(b) ein pharmazeutisch oder tiermedizinisch verträgliches Oxidationsmittel; und
einen pharmazeutisch oder tiermedizinisch verträglichen Träger enthält,
in der Herstellung eines Mittels zur Behandlung einer oralen oder periodontalen Erkrankung, wie Gingivitis
oder Zahnbelag.
