Claims (31)
1. Acrylpolymersammensætning der er fri for slagstyrkemodifikatorer afledt af tværbundne poly(meth)acrylater og omfatter en smelteblanding af et termoplastisk højmolekylærvægt acrylmateriale (HMWA) og et termoplastisk lavmolekylærvægt acrylmateriale (LMWA), mindst 70% vægt/vægt, baseret på MHWA's totalvægt, af denne MHWA omfattende en alkyl (alk)acrylat (co)polymer, idet denne (co)polymer omfatter mindst 80% vægt/vægt af en første polymer afledt af C1-C12 al kyl (Ci-C8 alk)acrylat-monomerenheder og eventuelt, op til 20% vægt/vægt, baseret på denne alkyl (alk)acrylat (co)polymer af en første copolymer afledt af C1-C12 alkyl(C0-C8 alk)acrylat og/eller (Co-C8 alk)acrylsyre-monomer-enheder, idet denne HMWA har en vægtgennemsnitsmolekylvægt på mellem 40k Dalton og 1000k Dalton, mindst 70% vægt/vægt, baseret på totalvægten af LMWA, dette LMWA omfatter an alkyl(alk)acrylat (co)polymer, idet denne (co)polymer omfatter mindst 80% vægt/vægt af en anden polymer afledt af C1-C12 alkyl (Ci-C8 alk) acrylat-monomerenheder og eventuelt, op til 20% vægt/vægt, baseret på denne alkyl (alk)acrylat (co)polymer af en anden copolymer afledt af C1-C12 alkyl(Co-C8 alk) acrylat og/eller (C0-C8 alk)acrylsyre-monomerenheder, dette LMWA har en vægtgennemsnitsmolekylvægt på mellem sammenfiltringsmolekylvægten (Me) (udtrykt i k Dalton ) og 250k Dalton, med det forbehold at HMWA har en højere Mw end LMWA, hvor den første polymer af HMWA og den anden polymer af LMWA er den samme.
2. Acrylsammensætning omfatter a. acrylpolymersammensætning ifølge krav 1; og b. et egnet opløsningsmiddel.
3. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor den første copolymer og den anden copolymer er den samme.
4. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor vægtforholdet af den første polymeriførste copolymer er indenfor ± 30% af forholdet mellem den anden polymerianden copolymer.
5. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor vægtforholdet af HMWA:LMWA i sammensætningen er større end 1:1.
6. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor acrylpolymersammen-sætningen omfatter, baseret på acrylpolymersammensætningens vægt, op til 55% vægt/vægt LMWA og mindst 40% vægt/vægt HMWA.
7. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor smelteblandingerne er homogene smelteblandinger.
8. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor sammensætningen eventuelt omfatter en anden eller yderligere HMWA- komponent (defineret på samme måde som den første HMWA) der har en vægtgennemsnitsmolekylvægt større end LMWA's men som er mindre eller større end den anden HMWA-komponent(er).

28. Anvendelse ifølge krav 26 omfatter trinnene at: sprøjtestøbe eller ekstrusionsstøbe en sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-17 eller 22-25.
29. Anvendelse ifølge krav 27 omfatter trinnene at: sprøjtestøbe eller ekstrusionsstøbe en sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-17 eller 22-25.
30. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en acrylpolymersammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-17 eller 22-25, omfatter trinnene at:- a) at bringe et termoplastisk højmolekylærvægts acrylmateriale (HMWA) i kontakt med et termoplastisk lavmolekylærvægts acrylmateriale (LMWA); og b) blande HMWA og LMWA ved en forhøjet temperatur indtil en smelteblanding opnås; hvor den forhøjede temperatur er over glasovergangstemperaturen af både HMWA og LMWA.
31. Anvendelsen af acrylpolymersammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-17 eller 22-25 til at tilvejebringe en højere MFI-smelteblandet sammensætning eller støbt polymerprodukt (som sammenlignet med HMWA ikke blandes med LMWA).
